Lashes De Anna, Burbank CA

First time enhancing my lashes and my eyelash technician was great! She did such great work! She took the time to really go over what my needs and wants were for my lashes and they came out beautiful! She was very sweet! My only complaint is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable! I was in so much pain and discomfort for the entire hour and half. I just wanted to get out of there. I didn’t want to complain but my technician could see I was uncomfortable so she brought over pillows, offered blankets, and was very attentive and so kind in trying to make me as comfortable as possible. She truly cared. I didn’t let on truly how much pain I was in but it was bad. It was impossible to get comfortable on those beds. I hope Anna (the owner) invests in some better beds to improve upon the client experience, because it was like laying on a brick wall honestly. I also didn’t like being in a little room with others with no privacy. It was a bit weird and jarring to see as I walked into the room for the first time with no windows, in an enclosed tight space and people just laying there and multiple loud convos going on. It was impossible to relax. I was expecting more of a spa feel from what I’ve seen advertised by influencers, but it was not that. My tech definitely tried to provide that spa type feel with the little she had to work with which I genuinely appreciated. But other than that it was just alright. It definitely felt like a quantity over quality type of experience that they provide to their non influencer customers. I would agree with many reviewers who have noticed that the influencers get different treatment from the average paying customer. I definitely felt like a number. But again my lash tech was great and she really tried with what she had. I will gladly spend more money somewhere else for better comfort and privacy next time. This place would be perfect if they added a few touches on the client experience. Or at least provide the same experience that is advertised by influencers.

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for 2 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are hands down the best in LA. No matter which technician, I get perfection every time!

I went as a model to get my eyelashes done, I have been doing my lashes for many years and i tried different places in different countries, i have done my lashes in Canada, France, NYC.but this place was super different, i found it thru instagram when an influencer posted about it, you can see many famous people go to Anna for their lashes, but my experience was different, i had an infection on my eye the next day, my eye was itching so bad and completely red, i called them and they asked me to go back to take the lashes off.they said because i was a model thats why probably this happened, but thats weird even as a model they should not use different products for their clients eyes. They took off the lashes for me and they gave me eye drops to use for 3 days. I was so scared for my eye honestly and i will never recommend this place to anybody.

Just had my 1st lash extensions done by Rosie she was very gentle and helpful choosing me the set that would look best on my eyes. Staff very nice and very clean and relaxing place.

Lashes De Anna is the ABSOLUTE BEST place to get your lashes done! Been coming here for over a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All their staff is super friendly and the vibe is the best!

It was my first time visiting this lash salon so I was a little apprehensive. To my pleasant surprise, I was greeted at the door and my lash tech, Vicky, promptly guided me to her station. I asked for a wispy set even though I have very little, short and downward lashes. My only expectation was that they look fuller and better than when I walked in. When she was finished and I held up the mirror, I was BLOWN AWAY! Not only did my lashes look better than before, they looked absolutely beautiful, just like the photo I provided. I literally cried hence the reason I didn’t add a photo. I would recommend this place a million times over!

The BEST lash service ever! I have been coming here for over a year and I’m never disappointed! Everyone is so nice!

It's always such a pleasure with the amazing girls in the front Roxy and Maya. Followed up with 45 minutes of total relaxation with my girl Marishka. Best part is before I leave I set up my appointment from two week from now and get to do it all over again.:)
