$305 for a full set, and $30 on top of that for the removal of my previous set? This is the most expensive lash studio I've ever been to in 7 years, and I've had better results at other studios that charge half the price. Many lashes fell out in the first 3 days, even though I followed all the rules (no water for the first 24 hours, no steam, etc). And yes they do offer free fixes within the first week (at the price I paid, I would hope so.), but even with the free fix the total cost is still very high. Admittedly, it was my own fault for not looking at the price list before scheduling, but I was desperate for a same-day appointment. When I questioned the price during check-out, my lash tech simply said "That's just what we charge. " So not only can I not think of a justification for the price, but it seems the employees can't come up with any either. Also, they don't offer a new client discount, which is very atypical. Considering there's 4 other lash shops within a 10-mile radius that offer cheaper prices, I will not be returning here.
