The girls are sweet but don’t always know what is going on and that is the fault of Annette who is very rude and doesn’t know how to add because of her rudeness I will be looking for another veterinarian hospital for all of my animals which is a shame as I said the rest of the staff is wonderful in response to you Annette the girl helping me has been there longer than a few days you are simply trying to make yourself look like a good person further more you never tried to contact me as for your rude behavior, I have heard about how rude you are from other people and that’s why they won’t bring their animals to that place

Really nice people and the veterinarian seems to really care and love the animals. Getting appointments can be rough, but if it's an emergency, they will try to help or refer to you to their sister company.

Employees are super friendly and caring. The Doctor is really super knowledgeable and caring. A grate place to take your sick pet.

The staff is friendly and caring and the veterinarian is very knowledgeable and experienced. She easily handled my temperamental old cat and very rambunctious kitten.

I am so happy to finally have a vet care for our 2 fur babies. Our first time here, Cassie was very patient with my hyper pups, and Dr. Meredith was very caring and wonderful! Thank you Lassen Vet

Staff is friendly enough but I'm not too sure how knowledgeable they are on a good pet food recommendation. I was told " all food is pretty much the same. " I personally do not agree with that statement, especially because so many of our fur babies has allergies to a lot of ingredients. Maybe it's just the small town, or maybe they can not recommend for legal reasons They are fairly priced, I suppose, and offer a voucher for spay and neutering which helps a lot. Makes it a no brainier for those pet owners who refuse to spay and neuter

Super communicative and got us in for blood work almost immediately. Wonderful staff. Thank you!

These girls are extremely helpful. Friendly, and was treating our dog like their own. Especially when he was running away constantly from them! Thank you! Will be returning.

Took my GSD mix here today. The vet was extremely personable and made my nervous boy feel more relaxed. First time I've seen a vet this interested in their patient in a long time.

Very caring and answered any questions I had. Even though the office was very busy the Veterinarian took her time with me and never once rushed me! And she was very gentle with my dog Oden! Thank you so very much! The staff are awesome! All of you did a wonderful job with my favorite little man Oden! I appreciate ALL of YOU! And so does Oden!

This review is hard to make. I have been bringing my pets to Lassen Vet for awhile and they had always been polite. But I will NOT be coming back.

I brought my first male kitten in to be fixed. His initial appointment, I watched the tech. She did NOT take my cats temperature, there was NO tracking in the lubricant. When this was brought up to the new vet, she baby talked my cat while clearly addressing me and telling me that “maybe mommy just didn’t see my the tech do it. ” Ok, passive aggressive, you could just address the concern? Then the vet told us to come for intake the next week at 8 which is exactly when my husband gets off work, then it’s a 20 minute drive, we told her this and SHE told us to just come fast as we could to which we agreed. When we got there at 8: 30, your “lovely “ receptionist with the beauty mark on her chin let us know we were there at 8: 30 and we were late and didn’t give us the chance to explain. But I could forgive ALL of that if your techs didn’t leave a freshly neutered kitten in a puddle of his own urine for his knows how long. When my husband picked him up, he was cold and shivering and STINKY there was NO WAY that if you accidentally left him there that long without smelling him. He was FRESH from surgery and you just left him like that, when it’s cold outside. My husband picked up the cage and there was so much pee it dripped from the cage door openings.

Disrespectful towards pets AND pet parents. Will not recommend and won’t be coming back.

I've been trying to get my cat in for shot's at another Vets office but they never returned my calls. I walked into Lassen Veterinary to find out how long they're waiting period was and they asked me what was a good time for me. Had her in 3 day's later. They were kind and helpful. I'm going to them from now on.

Annette, Jocelyn, and the rest of the staff are always great to work with. Always friendly and caring for our pups. They've been there for the good times, and the not so good ones, always caring and compassionate.

I dont know the Vet ladies name but she was fantastic! She was not scared, she listened to me when I told her my dog was severely abused before I got him, and to be careful where you touch him. Piglet did not like her after she was done poking and probing him. But she pulled out the magic cookies and loved on him.
I mosy definitely will be going back.
