I've been working closely with Dylan & Jennifer for the past couple of months and they've been nothing but AMAZING! I love how they follow up with me in a timely manner. Great experience with this company all around. They have been open and upfront about everything from the start. They are patient and willing to go the extra mile to make everything perfect. Horrible experience from start to finish. I signed a contract with Lasso MD based on their reviews and their promotion going on, but they pretty much ghosted me throughout the entire process after getting my money.

The account representative assigned to my account did not know how to even read the dashboard provided to me to explain what was going on. Very unresponsive, and at times, took weeks to get a response.

Then I got double billed and after speaking to Chris Scott, their marketing director about the issues, he said he would look into it but never got back to me after weeks with multiple emails and multiple phone calls - all with no response. Lasso basically took my money (more than what I had in my contract) and is now not even calling me back.

I see the owner responding to positive comments on here, if you are really serious about client satisfaction you will call me back. I will update this if I receive a call back from the owner.

It's unfortunate that the first response I have received in weeks is to a negative review I posted. While I appreciate your reply, you offer NO tangible solutions for me. You had asked me to "reach out directly", which I have MULTIPLE times:

Chris Scott - Marketing Director: Called over 8 times and left multiple voicemails over a month

Direct Line listed on your website (both customer success line and sales line) : Called over 12 times over months with no one picking up and no follow-ups.

Emailed billing department and Chris Scott directly with no response either. Do I need to send a letter through the pony express? Morse Code?

Your response is a "canned reply" meant to appease other people who view this comment but offers no actual solution knowing my situation. Chris, the billing department, the lasso system all have my contact information. If you are serious about "elevating this", you will contact me as you know I cannot get in contact with you directly.

12/11/23 Update after owner directly contacted me:

Owner directly contacted me after my review and took ownership of getting me my credit back. He was very apologetic and did say that my experience did not reflect the service he wanted at his company and is going back to his team with the feedback. He kept in constant contact with me until my refund went back to me. Overall experience was not ideal but want to be fair with this follow-up. Updated to two stars based on this, but would not use service again.

Katelin Garver is our go to girl! I e-mail and within the hour, have had a response. Or even better - she took care of the task already. Highly recommend Lasso and so appreciate their help and guidance for our practice website.

After being with LassoMD for about 6 months I would not recommend this company. Hera are some reasons why:
1) Poor Quality of Work including social media production
2) Low ROI - During the sales call the owner Pete promised me everything I could want to hear and foolishly I believed him. Once my needs were not being addressed I tried reaching out to him several times but never received a response from him. They will tell you the expect a minimum of 6x ROI. In my case, I had no online presence so said he would expect something closer to 15x. After 6 months they are boasting 4X ROI, which is not even true.
3) Their high reviews are only because they convince customers to take them down. I spoke with a former customer of theirs who is a former colleague of mine who changed his review to a positive one after a refund. Also notice the number of likes their poor reviews have.
4) poor communication among themselves and with customer. For instance - after assigning me to a new marketing rep - they clearly did not share information with each other including Log In info to specific accounts. The company also seems to be understaffed and have few "experts" in seo

The absolute worst, moved from another company for webhosting and SEO which were not great with the promise that they would be MUCH BETTER. Complete lie just aweful service, once they onboard you they just collect their monthly fee, virtually impossible to get anything you need done. Emails go unanswered, and SEO virtually nonexistent. They bait and switch you They are great before you pay them then they ignore you. AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL, SERVICE, YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU USED THEM. IAM!

I paid the original version of this company $11,500. I NEVER received any site, and I did not receive any money back from them despite them admitting they dropped the ball. I have been trying to get someone at LassoMD (formerly GPG) to do the right thing and refund my money for a product that was never delivered. BUYER BEWARE.

Lasso is the best! I acquired an older dental practice with minimal to no online presence/visibility, and I was looking to rebrand and revamp the practice. In my opinion, if we want the best patients, we also need to look the part.

Lasso helped me create an attractive logo and develop a professional, inviting website. They are also managing our social media posting and search engine optimization. They have several different departments and a lot of members on their team, but their communication is top notch. Questions get answered quickly and thoroughly.

I highly recommend Lasso for dental marketing needs. I am happy to have found them and look forward to continuing to work with them!

Lasso has been great for our dental office from start to present day. They had great suggestions for our website. Every request for changes to the website has been completed timely. They also stand behind their work and were generous in a complicated change that was done. We have renewed our agreement and highly recommend them.

I've worked with several other marketing agencies in my field, with varying results. In dentistry, this was by far, the worst company I've every worked with. Essentially a bait and switch. Initially you will speak with top notch people then you will get relegated to someone that never manages your account. I'm guilty of always looking for the better option and this was one of my worst decisions. I got lured away from a far superior company and I regret it. Stay far, far away.

From start to finish Lasso has been a pleasure to work with! They set everything up and did an excellent job overall with the website and building up my brand name in my area. I am forever grateful for the excellent service and excellent people that work at Lasso. Thanks for everything!
