I've been going to Lasting Impressions the last few years. In a word, this is a top-tier dentist office. There is nothing "fun" about going to the dentist, but going to Lasting Impressions takes the edge off.

I like to come on their late nights. I remember thinking the first time I scheduled a late appointment that I'd probably get a tired staff at the end of a long day - like the B-team - but I was wrong. Every time, they are fully staffed with a fun, energetic staff who is focused on getting you in and out. Definitely A-team treatment.

A special shout-out goes to Farzaneh! She's hands-down the best hygienist. She always gives me tips on how to improve my daily routine.

They asked me to leave a review good or bad but this was a well deserved review. After the help and service they provided as a parent when it comes to our kids that is our soft spot. So this is coming from the heart. Thank you to this office many times and more! My son (11 years old) was having the worst tooth pain all night he was up crying from his tooth pain. We called this office at 4am believe it or not we got answered within 30mins. Thank you Ani for helping me calm my son down and advising me on what to do to help with the pain. First thing 8am I got a call back from her with Dr. Kashani on the line he asked all needed questions and got us in ASAP to help with my sons pain. As soon as we got into the office we were treated with the upmost kindness. They let us know my son has a lot of cavities (eats a lot of Candy wont lie). They took care of us on our first visit. My son left very happy and he actually made friends with the guy taking his xrays i tihnk his name was Will! Thank you for being so nice to us and helping him get out of pain. SHOCKING is only one word to describe my first visit. I had already been to the VA emergency, not covered by military dental,
I was told to have my tooth pulled asap. That was Friday, Saturday the non stop swelling made the pain shoot through my head.
Scrolling for immediate help: soon I was talking to Annie at Lasting Impressions
She “triaged” then had the Doctor join the call. Annie worked to send Rx for pain. During this time I discovered she accepted my call after working hours!
SURPRISED: it wasn’t just her supportive words, her kindness resonated through the phone
Once in the office which was exceptionally clean, modern everyone in sleek black attire, I was greeted by a professional yet friendly receptionist. I wondered how my service dog would be greeted not only was she welcomed everyone took time to show her attention.
Even the X-ray tech had an extra protective cover so my dog could sit with me.
The doctor, was equally attentive to her and was so gentle as this was my first dental issue in 65years
I was given several options for extraction and financing
REMARKABLE: Everyone including THE boss was concerned with my situation, or so it seem to me
My tooth had cracked to the root; the doctor returned and after a couple injections he gently pulled the tooth out
AMAZED: I held tears back not from pain but at the length everyone went to in assisting me (and my dog)

Was in a massive amount of pain. Found out my insurance was expired and they did everything they could to work with me to get me better and not break my wallet. Easily the best dentist to go to if you’re having a dental emergency.
