2There is so much to say about this place. I've lived in these apartments for about 2+ years. They try to take every dollar they can. Had a bad experience moving to a different unit same apartment complex. They took all my deposit of $600 plus $288 for a mistake that management had (Stephanie and Dian). Now, I have to pay rent for my old apartment because the new apartment wasn’t ready! Management at that time stated that we were not going to get charged because it wasn’t our fault. Never got a notice about the final statement. Comes to find out that Latitude Apartments send us to collections. Also, they’re under new management. Therefore, they can’t help me. We send them proof regarding the issue and we still need to pay. Dian is still working with them but in a different location. Not only that but they do have a lot of rats, mold in the apartments, and ants. We are waiting for our lease to end so we can move out!
They have a cockroach and rat infestation and have done nothing about it. Horrible place to live. Good luck.
