3There’s always a caretaker present. It’s kept clean and machines are rarely out of order.
This laundromat is poorly maintained. I reported three small washers that weren’t washing correctly to the attendant, she stated “I just work here, were you present while the washers were washing? ” … lol implying I was lying…. This place is so unprofessional! The attendant stated if I had any issues to call a number on the door next to the change machine. Which I did, no answer obviously and left a message.
I even had to translate for the attendant. A customer put 20 quarters in a washer and because the door wasn’t shut it didn’t count the quarters. The attendant told her the same thing to call the phone number next to the change machine!
I will never come here again!
Awful place to wash, first and last time here
Majority of the machines are not working and had a large washer take my money with no number to call for customer service or a person on site to see about a refund.
