Launderland, Bakersfield CA

The worst place to go to wash.no one is there to help you if something happens with the machines and no one ever answers the phone. The washing machines are expensive and useless and the dryers are worse, they simply stop working even when they have time, they just stop. As a Google guide, I do not recommend this place at all. I just hope they return my money since their machines do not work and I lose time and a lot of money.

Between June 1999-December 2004, I enjoyed going to this laundromat. At that time, the Attendant was named Latricia. I do not know if she still works there, although she was helpful.
The photos of the present day Launderland there @ 4609 Wilson Road are very good, appears to have been upgraded, renovated maybe, and modernized. This particular laundry is right up the street from Capella Court, where my nephew Presley Skelly lives [almost age 23]. Although I no longer am a resident of Bakersfield, CA, should I visit my nephew again sometime there on Capella Court, just south of Launderland, I would like to visit this laundry again. I am now living in Oklahoma City, OK.
I have met & do remember Tim & Heather Quiring from the Launderland [and when I was a rental tenant of 8704 River Springs Court] that once existed near the previous Highway 58 western terminous in the Wild West Shopping Center.

Was very clean, some of the machines worked, the younger guy was rude told my veteran husband he couldn’t have his service dog he is training in the laundry mat, she was never put down not once nor bothering anyone. He told my husband his dog isn’t a service dog because his family trains them and he knows for sure that isn’t a service dog. She is only 2 month and a Frenchie very tiny and told he he needs to go out the puppy in the car when it was 109 degrees outside. My husband went and showed him the VA card, then he tells him he can bring the dog back in now. And was very unprofessional to with. Just the guy was rude other than that did loads and left won’t return upon his unprofessional approach.

Please do something to wash the oil out of your washing machine tubs. And then designate certain washing machines for oily clothes only. I washed my laundry in your facility yesterday and all of my clothes that are light in color are stained with oil now. A whole entire load. And I spent a lot of money washing that load of laundry and now it has even cost me more than the 850 I paid to wash a load of laundry. Please find out what you need to do to remove the oil from your washing machines.

Great place. Always clean and plenty of machines. The new AC units are a wonderful upgrade.

I was rushing and multitasking because I recently moved into town. I had to go to and from my storage unit while doing laundry. The owners thankfully empathized with my situation and let me stay 11 minutes after closing to wait for my clothes to dry. Super thankful! Great first experience! Thank you so much! Oh and the machines take applepay which is super helpful.

I love coming here because it's always clean and has lots of chairs to sit not to mention they take card I had my kids with me and couldn't run yo the bank or store to pull out money so I ended up using my card only issue I had was my card was over charged by a few dollars

The place looks very bad. It is very dirty inside. He has several broken machines. The machine I used overcharged me $3.75! I found it a bad experience actually! It does not have staff to attend to any need that may arise!

Best laundry mat in town in my opinion, big machines, decent prices, clean facility. Owners are transparent on price increases and they're always keeping it up to date. Only problem is no restroom.

Always clean and accepts card payments! Occasional out of order stickers on some smaller load washers but love this place for my laundry

I've been going to this laundromat for over 15 years even with the older original owners the new owners are just as caring about the laundromat about their customers experience and they are so so so caring
