Launderlux, San Jose CA

This is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in San Jose; they take good care of their machines and the vicinity in general and that is reflected in their prices! It is quite expensive, but it’s a price I’m willing to pay considering how dirty other machines can be at different laundromats. There’s lots of room, big long benches, and various machine sizes. If you have kids there are tv’s and a few coin machine games and snacks to keep them busy.

This Launderlux is so far one of the best in the area. We start with the cleaning, it has staff all the time it is open to serve diners, it has a laundry service (they wash and fold your clothes for you)

The place is very spacious, very clean
And I was there until 10 pm
The person on duty was a kind lady.

This place closes at 10pm, I walked in with a medium load of clothes at the most. Lady stopped me at 9: 02 and stated the last load is 9pm, I showed her how much cloth I were to wash and dry. She said sorry and stated last load at 9pm. Will never attempt to come here again.

The truth is I like this place but today I didn't like the service tonight. The man told me that they close at 9 when they close at ten and I arrived at 8 pm and then he turned off the machine to change coins and he told me that the People change and start washing more. Furthermore, he told me that I only had half an hour to dry, I told him that's fine, no problem, and when I realized I had already moved the cart, I actually didn't expect to fold clothes, just dry and come home, because I'm done. After having my baby and I received bad service this day, I hope you talk to Mr. O and add something else. There were more people drying and he didn't chase them away

The administrator did not let us dry our clothes because he wanted to close the premises early and we had to bring the wet clothes home poor service by the administrator 10/22/2022

Came in around 8p.m to do my laundry and I definitely was not prepared or up to date I guess on the prices which shocked me but I understand that part. Laundry facility was closing at 10p.m but like any other Laundry place they wait until you are done. The man working to close the Laundry mat just kept complaining more and more when I was drying my 4 loads of clothes talking about how he had to go, talking about how an alarm is set to set up at a certain time, just hovering around and making it a bad experience. He was being very impatient and acts like he don't know what to expect from last customers who came in on time to wash and dry. I couldn't fold my clothes and my drying wasn't done because he wouldn't stop complaining. For the prices charged and the rude made comments and the garbage location I don't know why anyone would support this location. Will not come back here and totally don't recommend this location to anyone else. Just go to the next one because the reviews on here must be made up. And the machines are not well kept up for what the charge. I spent over 60 dollars on 4 loads of wash and dry and the dryer wasn't that good and I was used to spending 30-35 dollars on the same amount at other locations. Like I said the price it is what it is when you don't do proper research but the worker there he is rude and complains none stop
