Launderville Coin Laundry, Santa Ana CA

I’m actually looking into a possible lawsuit for false advertising. The laundromat clearly states it’s closing time & the older man with grey hair is telling me they close at 7: 30 which I know is false. He presents himself in such an incredibly rude and uneducated way, his attitude is disgusting. The sign states “last wash” at 7: 30. I came in at 7 PM on the dot. He always comes around just complaining about having to clean up which as I’m aware, is his job and he gets paid to do it. I’m sure he isn’t complaining when the check comes in to feed him and his family. I know we’re in Santa Ana but come on, do better or hire people who actually want to work. No point in being miserable and spreading false information because you want the place empty.

Been coming here for years, always the same service. Always kept clean and very nice people attending the laundry place! Has no changes, all is good!

The guy that runs it rushes you and keep trying to get u to leave and keep bugging even when u still have clothes in the dryer and washer and that how u can lose business

I have been coming to this laundry for almost 6 months. The people are so nice and they are always cleaning and helping you. I forgot one load one time and I was sad because all of the clothes was brand new and pretty pricey. I went back to the laundromat just to see if one of the guys put it away and they did it. I was so happy and thankful to them. I got to say they deserve 10 starts 5 isn't enough.

Nasty. I could not even find a washer to go to because it was so nasty. Disgusting. I was highly upset. I had to go to another laundry mat. I do not recommend.
