2NO WATER CAME OUT TO WASH MY CLOTHES. ATTENDANT SAID TOO BAD SHE CAN'T HELP ME. I PUT $4.00 IN A MACHINE AND DIDN'T RECEIVE THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR. THERE'S A FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THE WORKER GIVES YOU TO CALL. IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE ABUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR MONEY. I ONLY WANTED THE SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR. IF MORE PEOPLE WOULD REPORT DISHONEST BUSINESSES TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OWNERS WOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SERVICE THAT THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE.
Not at all satisfied. From having roaches to the washing sink not working. I added money to one of the machines just to find out that the handle was broken. No sign that indicated that there was a problem. They haven't had change either time I've been here. Roaches are in the machines!
