Laundromat Laundry Guys reviews
16I love this place! They are so professional and nice. The place is so clean and well-run. They are amazing ar folding my clothes. (I use the fluff and fold service.) I’m a special needs parent so this place is a godsend. It’s worth every penny. They even hang my kids polo shirts. I can’t recommend them enough.
Clean and plenty of WORKING machines! Helpful workers. I wash and my youngest son uses their "Fluff and Fold" service. He loves it! They have charger sites throughout the laundromat, so you can charge and be online while you wash. Love this spot!
I really like the washers and dryers and the ozone sanitation huge plus.the staff are super friendly There is one that is somewhat stand offish when I go with my boyfriend? But whatever, I am just trying to do laundry, I don't need to interact and honestly I really don't care. Whatever it is will resolve itself. I will continue to go here for my laundry needs.it's pretty good, and clean. And the owners are really nice, I met them at opening. Humans are not perfect, as long as it doesn't affect my health and I am not being deceived by an establishment or feel like it's SUPER personal I I am okay.overall I like going and in my business this place is a plus, my clients love the fact I use laundry guys.nothing really bad to say.
I love how clean this place is. Been going here for a year or so and better than any other laundromat in the area.
Everyone is very friendly and always around when u need them I do recommend u going to laundry guys 5 star all the way
This place is great, great machines, great customer service, great atmosphere, clean area, all in all best place to come for laundry.why did my 5 tars drop to a 3 well its coming down to pricing. It has increased twice since i started to wash here, but the time of wash or dry has not increased. It used to be 45 cents for 8 min dry time, and no, today i see it has increased to 65 cents for the same 8 min dry time. I get the fact that the utility cost has increased, but 65 cents for the same 8 min that i used to get for 45 cents now feels more ripoff. Id assume the price would increase, and then more time was also given to customer but hay its just my opinion.
Update as of 2/26 cost is up where it was 65 cents for 8 min now 90 cents for the same 8 min. Like i sed i understand everything goes up. But not adjusting time per increase in cost. Just seem to more like a cash and grab. But anyways great machines
I was washing towels for a couple of years with no problems, until I complained about some smoke coming from the vent and finally dissipated. The employee told me that they just cleaned the vents out because of the rainstorms. One month later, I come back to wash my clothes, management told me, because of the complaints, that they review the video and accuse me of using chemicals for my towels. I never used chemicals and felt uncomfortable from that point on. I feel that Laundry Guys don't value me as a customer.
Note: Laundry Guys staff do an excellent job by keeping the place clean and are courtesy toward me. I thought this incident was handle in a unprofessional manner.
It was a little bit expensive but worth it for the experience. The entire place was spotless! And the employees were so friendly and helpful. Very worth it in my opinion
No notification of price increase.
Double though? 90 cents for 8 minutes in a big dryer. I spent 25 dollars just drying 3 baskets of clothes
It's not close by, but every time I go, I feel ever more strongly that it's worth the trip and expense.
Super clean store and extremely helpful staff especially the manager Jackie who is a life safer!
Long Beach do you laundry here please!
Very clean and nice atmosphere, which costs a little more; the cheapest load to wash is close to four dollars.
The washers and dryers are clean and new and there are plenty so I have never had to wait for an open washer even during busy times. They Are a little bit on the pricier side but it's a fair trade to pay more for how clean they keep this place including their equipment. They have lots of space to fold clothes although the front tables are typically reserved for staff members as they offer fluff and fold services.all that being said, I am disappointed to have to give this place one star and it is due to the staff members. They Are not all rude and judgemental but the few that are ruin the entire experience. I have been greeted kindly just as many times as I have been given dirty looks or asked if I needed help in an obviously condescending way. I understand that there have been issues with transient / homeless people utilizing the free wifi or trying to hang out in the back and as I understand that this is not ok as only paying customers should be inside, I have witnessed the staff members call the police to escort them out without even just kindly asking them to leave. One couple was asked to leave and they had arrived around the same time as I had and we're paying customers who didn't seem to be causing any problems but they did have tattoos and seemed to look a little rough but again paying customers and they were also asked to leave for what appeared to be no reason other than how they looked. The young lady was crying and seemed so embarrassed. That was the last time I took my business to this establishment and given my own personal experience with the staff being rude and biased, after witnessing how that couple was treated, I don't think I will ever go back.
I never thought I would review a laundromat for outstanding customer service. My previous experience has been either lack of attendants altogether or attendants that are not helpful and sometimes even rude. This laundromat is different.
The place is impeccably clean and the staff is beyond helpful. I went in for the first time to wash comforters, blankets and a lot of laundry. I walked in and turned my head left and right, looking for the 8 load machines. Before I could even walk around to look, I was approached by Norma who introduced herself and asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for, and she showed me the machines. She asked if it was my first time, and then proceeded to show me where the card dispensers were and advised me on the prices.
The cards are only $1 and they give you a $1 credit for every $20 you add to the card. I also noticed they have quite a few electrical sockets, so if you've got a lot to wash and need to charge your electronics, you'll be able to do it while you wait.
So glad I found this place, it's great and close to home. Definitely my new laundromat!
Worker was weird. Said no to starting my washer when it didn’t after I put money in. Showed her how it was still dry. Then restarted it for yt lady a few minutes later… idk what I missed. But haven’t been back since then. Waste of $11, and made me uncomfortable that the other lady wasn’t told no like I was. Unfortunate.
Out of all the laundromats I've been to.this is the best! It's very clean, spacious and the machines run good. Norma (an attendant) was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us when we got there and answered all of our questions. I will definitely return and recommend Laundry Guys to local family and friends.
