Laundryagogo is a time saver and well worth the money for their service. I appreciate that it is an independent family owned business as I feel it's important to support local family businesses as much as possible. The first time I called the owner picked up and was friendly and informative. The service is easy to use. You go on the website and set up an account and can choose to have services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. They pick up the clothes and deliver the next day. I mean, c'mon! The owner even apologized for the temporary $3 fee to cover gas. I would pay and extra $10 (please don't change it though lol) to have them come pick up my laundry, wash and fold and deliver the next day.
I have been using them for a few months and have referred them to friends. I am also a business owner and I believe time is money. The time I save with Laundryagogo is money well spent. Plus, their rates are very reasonable.
If you are considering I say give them a try. Hope this is helpful for anyone on the fence:)

I greatly appreciate the service I get from Pasadena Laundry via "Laundry-a-GoGo", especially the special care they give my clothes, and the personalized delivery service by driver Terry. He has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to accommodate my schedule and special needs, as have the wonderful owners and launderette staff. I recommend their pick-up and delivery services to all my local friends. I've tried others and been dissatisfied, am now a loyal customer. You'll be so happy with the results, and especially the time you save! Thank you to Terry, to M&P and the whole crew, you make life easier for many people and we appreciate you!

Laundryagogo has been an absolute lifesaver for me during my pandemic isolation, and Terry, the delivery driver has been awesome! Always friendly, on time and attentive.

Great machines and service. I get my babies’ clothes for fluff and fold service here for a month now and their machines get rid of the baby spit smells. And they accommodate special requests of which clothes to fold and hang and I provide my own baby hangers so it’s faster for me to store back in our closets, and they don’t charge extra for it. Gabby takes care of our clothes most of the time and she handles them with care.

This is a great service! I’ve been using it for over two years. The customer service is excellent. The owner Mary responds quickly to any issues I have. She is also proactive in contacting me if she sees a problem. Terry who picks up and delivers is the best! He is always friendly and brings my 6 heavy bags into the house. Since my hand surgery he also unties all the bags for me. Keep up the great work!

I had tons of laundry after our move with no access to our machines yet. Terry the driver was super helpful, picked up and delivered on time. All done within 24 hours! Will definitely be using this service again!

I am so happy with the incredible service that was provided by Sam (Samuel) he was so genuine, polite, courteous and was helpful with delivering my personal belongings. I give him my highest recommendation.

This is a really great service. Not only do they allow you to set everything up online but they send helpful reminder texts about your upcoming pickups as well as the delivery driver eta. My clothes are always treated really well and they have a lot of different detergent options. It's also easy to set up recurring pick ups. It saves me so much time I will never darken the door of a laundromat ever again.

Excellent customer service! Great delivery driver and the laundry is always clean! Even when they make a mistake, they are quick to correct it. I'm very pleased with this company and really appreciate the professionalism of the employees. Great work all around. The owners are somewhat $#@&# though. But since my interactions with them are limited, I'm grateful.
