Going to see Dr. Davis is like going to visit family. The entire staff is always very pleasant and get you in and out as quickly as possible.

I have been to several doctors in Laguna Niguel. Dr Lauren Davis is truly one of the best! She listens, Asks questions, does not push drugs and truly strives to help determine your issue and fix the problems. Her father was the original doctor, now Lauren and her husband both MD’s run the South Coast Family Medical Center off Greenfield. Also a wonderful experienced staff, very willing to help you.they are truly a wonderful place to get help when needed.

I was able to get my concerns addressed and always feel like I’m their only patient. I never feel rushed or like my concerns are small. Thankful to have been connected with this medical group.

If I could give this clinic NEGATIVE points, I absolutely would. The office staff has been rude in the past. After leaving a review several years ago regarding the poor treatment I received from a front desk staff member in particular, Lauren Davis (the primary physician and clinic owner) called me on my personal cellphone and pressured me to remove the review. After doing so she said I may contact her on her non-company line if I ever needed anything. Believing this to be a genuinely kind thing to offer, I did so once (months to a year later) with a question regarding their Telehealth visit policy, yet was accosted by Lauren for “daring” to invade her personal life. I deleted her number right away and felt horrible about misunderstanding her original offer. Yet, after years of staying away from their clinic, I mistakenly returned and saw her husband, Dr. Davis, during my visit. We discussed my mental health and struggles with anxiety. After which I received a puzzling, and triggering at best, phone call from Lauren herself who stated her husband had shared my PERSONAL and PRIVATE medical discussion—something that hinges on violating HIPAA as I was not Lauren’s patient during that visit NOR would I consider her my regular general doctor.

During her hostile/accusatory phone call, Lauren accosted me and he heavily insinuated that I was “doctor shopping” to receive a controlled substance as I must have “bigger issues with my anxiety” and need to seek help. When I attempted to explain my position—that my 17 year old cat had just passed away, I quit my job due to harassment, I was planning on leaving my current medical doctor to find someone that may be better suited, and I was recently in the hospital for severe depression—Lauren simply said she “did not have the time to listen to me” and further implied I was a junky…

As someone who struggles immensely with anxiety and major depression disorder, Lauren’s thoughtless and inappropriate call where she used the explicative fuc**** triggered an indescribable amount of worry and self doubt.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this business who has shown over multiple instances that they will manipulate patients who are seeking assistance, exude an air of callousness, and potentially infringing on HIPAA laws whereby my personal visit with Mr. Davis-md became a topic of discussion with his wife—without my consent or knowledge—despite the fact that Lauren is NOT my doctor.

Moreover, Lauren’s behavior transcends cruelty and shamefulness, it’s questionable and worrisome. Please avoid this clinic at all costs - ESPECIALLY if you have mental health concerns as the figurehead (Lauren Davis) is untrustworthy, manipulative, and problematic. If you do go in for a visit, I highly suggest you request anyone BUT Lauren unless you enjoy being made to feel like an insignificant problem without her trying to get to understand you or your medical history.

I have a PhD and tend to be more informed than the average patient and I find a lot of Doctors quite disappointing. But Dr Lauren Davis and her husband Christopher Davis are both GREAT. They're two hard-working parents and authentic doctors with no pretense and I know I can always have a straight conversation with them.

Dr. Lauren Davis was fantastic to work with. She was able to get my daughter in same day for Strep Throat and on her way to feeling better in no time! We appreciate her so much! Her and Chris are the BEST.

Dr Davis is the best. She is both very knowledgeable, and has amazing bedside manner. When I go to see her I know I'm in good hands.
