Laurence was extremely helpful, professional and prompt. Could not have asked for better help. Our kitchen outlets were out (including the fridge). Fixed very quickly which was a relief because we were concerned about our food going bad. Highly recommend!

This was Sunday 28 FEB 2021. Was trying to cook our 10 month old baby breakfast and run the dishwasher and the power kicked. We called two other electric places and none could come out or help til Monday the earliest. Called Laurence up, explained the situation and he walked me through what to check and try first, sure enough it worked. He knew the type of electric box our house had and what the issue was without video call or coming out. Then didn't charge us for the service call. Coming back to him for our future work, can't beat that experience.

I called on Laurence about an incessantly tripping breaker on a circuit feeding a combination of outside lights and some indoor outlets. In solving the problem for me, one thing became instantly clear. He is one of those guys who’s depth of experience in this field has translated into what I would call a highly informed intuition. By that I mean he quickly took stock of the facts relating to the situation, came up with what he considered the most probable cause that would result in those facts, and then addressed that first. The result is that the problem - a short in the circuit at a specific location - was very quickly identified and resolved. I recognize and appreciate Laurence’s expertise and confidently recommend him to others. He’ll definitely be my first call if I have any other electrical issues in the future.
