Was a lovely a experience as always, and the staff are very friendly and even helped picking a nail color. An overall good experience and highly recommended.

The staff was courteous from the time I walked in and walked out. Lee was my nail lady and I enjoyed having conversation with her. I will most definitely recommend Lavender Nail Spa to my family & friends!

My go-to place for a great pedicure. Linda does an amazing job I would highly recommend this location.

The owner has never been very welcoming. I really loved their pedis here. I have been going here for years. This last weekend I went in for a new set and had a very bad experience. The lady who did my nails did a very poor hob. My thumb nail was crooked/side ways. I told her I didn’t like it and she said She’d fix it. She added the color and top base coat and I told her it didn’t look right. She tried filing it down but I told her it was the nail that was not put on right. She told me it was my finger that was crooked. I said no it’s the nail snd she insisted it was my finger. I then asked her nicely to please remove it and put a fresh one back on. In a veey uncomfortable way she grabbed my hand and pulled and said something in her language and pulled out the nail clipper, I cot a wuite unsafe and removed my hand away from hers. I told her I wanted someone else to fix it. I kindly spoke to the owner and he never apologized and said I had to wait at least 30 minutes to have someone else fix it. Never received an apology and had me waiting there… I asked how much to get the nail set removed and he said no charge but again I had to wait. First bad experience I had at a nail shop. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE COMING BACK HERE! Nothing better than coming in to a good atmosphere and feeling welcomed, relaxed and safe getting a pedi and nails done. Unfortunately this is not the spot.

This was the first time me and my daughter went to this nail salon. They were very friendly and welcoming. They both did a great job on our pedicures, while we enjoyed a complimentary drink and relaxing massage chairs. We will definitely be back next time we get our nails done!

First time trying this place everyone was nice and services was done well. I love the way my nails are shaped evenly.

I believe he is the owner or manager who talks to customers really rude. I visited this salon several times thinking it was just me but every time I go there he talks really nasty to me.
He did not even do my nails but overheard my conversation came to me n tried telling me I need to have 2 tips removed and put back on.
Made no sense to me only to get more money.
After it all the women who did my nails never removed them n refilled them.
The whole conversation was over me trying to explain that I had dipping on 8 nails n 2 where tips only because I broke those nails really short.
Also while I was there a lady came in to express her frustration on how he talked very rudely to one of her family members that was a special needs customer.
After several try’s of trying to deal with this man I will not return.

I received a gel pedicure from the male that worked there. He was very cold to me. I spoke when I walked up. He however did not speak back. I simply thought that it was due to a language barrier. He did however greet everyone who walked in the building. I was impressed by his work on my toes however. I just was looking to spend more money than I did. Receiving the deluxe pedicure but decided against it due to not feeling welcome. I most likely won’t be back. Please work on your professionalism and customer care.

I went into Lavender Nails today for a manicure after seeing all the positive reviews. My cuticles desperately needed some help. Lee did my nails. I had to ask her name as she did not offer it or really try to engage at all. I specifically asked for my nails to be short and round. This was ignored. I feared a rushed, sloppy job and that’s exactly what I got. When asked at checkout if i liked the polish I decided to be honest that I didn’t like it, I felt rushed and it was a sloppy job and my nails were not short and round as I had requested. A man and a different woman offered to fix it. I felt pressured so I caved when I just wanted to go home and take the color off my nails. Nina tried to make up for the horrible job that was done and offered $5 off a gel manicure. I said no as I just wanted to get out of there. My nails and cuticles look worse than when I went in. I’m just so sad as I was really looking forward to a nice manicure. I will not be going back.

I have been going to this nail spa since I moved to Sacramento. This guy (I forgot his name) always do my nails. He is always pleasant and he’s very good too. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there when I had to get my nails done. Another guy did my nails and it was such a bad experience. I’m pretty chill. I don’t get upset easily but he was really rude. I went there to get my nail fixed and not be stressed. I hope he’ll treat his customers nicely next time but I will never want him to do my nails again.

I no longer get my nails done here. Once they did them bad so I gave them another chance with a different nail tech and got the same poor job. Nails too thin and misshaped. I've had these nails for a few days and have broke 3 nails doing normal things like tying my shoe and itching my back. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Best pedicure I've had in years! I wish I would have caught the lady's name who gave my pedicure, because she was amazing. She took her time in every part of the pedicure and it did not feel rushed at all. I appreciate someone massaging not just the buttom of my feet, but the top of my feet, my legs, and ankles. She took her time painting my nails. Never did it feel rushed. It was such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. They use liners in the pedicure tubs which I'll only go to placed who use the plastic liners. For sanitary reason.
They also played music videos instead of just playing music or running the TV. It was very enjoyable. I will definitely be back. Looks like I just found my new nail spot.
