Dr Chong (and her support staff) were professional, friendly, and took all the time needed to explain my options and bring me through the process. I never felt rushed or that my questions were a bother.

I ended up with a breast reduction, lift, and lypo and I am very happy with the end results. Dr Chong was very honest about what she would - and would not - be able to do…she managed my expectations well. She told me what she would be able to achieve, and what I would have to achieve on my own (diet and exercise).

Awful. Would never recommend. One nightmare after the other. She Performed a surgery that I didn’t request and that I specifically said “NO” to. I found out when I saw the stitches after I woke up. Not kidding. I am grossly disfigured. After the fact, the Doctor admitted she’s only performed a handful of the procedures she did on me. She refused to provide the name of a doctor who might be able To reverse it (literature says it’s likely irreversible). I asked for my medical records yesterday so I could take them to a doctor tomorrow and was told “no problem, we will call you when they are ready. ” They know I’m trying to meet with a doctor to correct her mistakes, so I need her records asap. No one called. I called today and was told that I needed to sign a form BEFORE they started their “72 hour” time when they’d be ready. They didn’t say that yesterday. “Nurse” “Nancy” promised to email me the form “as soon as we hang up. ” I hung up. I got no email. So I went in and, despite the fact that there was no one in the waiting room, was told I would have to wait for the form. Waited. Finally got the form and filled it out. Then receptionist told me my records would not be ready “today, not tomorrow and probably not the day after that. ” Again, no patients around, they could have made the copies then. Everyone just sitting around. I said I’d wait. I sat silently and receptionist told me to Leave. I quietly said I’d wait for my records and she actually called the police! I left. Horrible place, horrible doctor.

I’ve known Dr Chong for over 15 years. The staff is amazing! They are very attentive, answer all questions and get you into the office right away. As for Dr Chong, she is meticulous and has great attention to detail. She’s compassionate and goes above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend Dr Chong to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Chong and her absolutely great team took all the time I needed, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly with care and compassion. This has been such a great gift to myself.
