I have been satisfied with the service most of the times. I go mostly for pedicure and always get the European which should last 50-60 min, last time the girl finished in 30min. I personally have to drive from downtown to Carmel Valley just because of their service and feet massage is AWSOME, but when I asked her why only 30 min for the same pedicure I have had all the time, she said because “ it wasn’t too much work needed in my feet” well, I’m not asking for a discount just because my feet were easier than usual or other people, but I would appreciate 10 extra min.of foot massage in exange, I mean I’m paying the same as everyone else, right? I will change to 5, if my next visit is better than last time:)

Go see Kelly if you're looking for an amazing nail tech! I moved here from Canada, went to 3 other places and was never satisfied. Finally found Kelly and I'm happy I did! She takes her time, is friendly and does an amazing job. I've been going for 6 months now and I've never had an issue or a broken nail. Super happy

Friends love it, decent pedicures not if you want colored acrylic, I recommend going elsewhere unless you want bright / neon glitter

Overpriced and my gel started cracking off in 2 days.called for a refund and the girl was rude and started laughing. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Will not be back and definitely don’t recommend!

Kd was friendy and patient howerver i wasnt happy with results.too thick like frosting, one thumb nail too wide and longer than the other.not enough coats on some nails.under and around nails sloppy.to me.not worth $47. For new set (acry mate)
Went back for redo and was a rocky start w/kevin (doesnt do well w/customer service & communication) so krystal took over and ended up being very happy wiyh the way they finushed taken care of me howerver.two weeks later a nail broke off.unfortunately i wont go back.

Worst manicure I've ever had! The lady who was working on my nails was gossipping the entire time and completely ignoring me. I've since given them a second chance and my nails were better, but the service was awful. I'm never going back.

Always an amazing experience here! Wendy's my girl. She's sassy and will talk to you the whole time about whatever and is seriously awesome. Prices are really competitive with salons in the area and I always feel welcome here. If you like perfect acrylics Wendy is your girl.

I was visiting from Pasadena, Ca.
It was very busy but i got in for manicure after waiting 10 minutes. Rachel was my manicurist. Because i had been gardening the days before, my nails looked pretty bad. She did the typical run through but i gently asked her to go through my nails again to clean the dirt. She graciously complied and did a much better job second time around. She even gave me a 3rd coat of polish at no extra charge. I'm on my way back for pedicure:)

This is by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The salon is really nice, the chairs are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Their attention to detail is excellent. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Thank you.

Wish I didn't have to give stars at all. I came to this nail shop on several occasions for a reason: Every nail tech has a different style. They are overpriced and the service is mediocre. If you do your research you will find they are over priced.
They also only do the bare minimum when it comes to designs and different nail styles. I've given this shop several attempts and I've even had them make me bleed and they simply super glued the cut an kept doing my nails. The individuals that go here live here and that is why they are so use to the sub-par service. Unfortunately, they don't care to change or improve service and nail design styles. They even overcharge you for simple polish change as if you are getting a manicure.

I think this shop could do some major improving: 1) The interaction is good until you point out a mistake they make. Then they become rude over simple things that can be fixed. 2) The prices are high considering they don't do designs and different nail styles. You can go downtown or Del Mar and get not better but an actual design that's not a simple flower. When you ask for designs, they get mad or try to do the typical: "It look better without design, just leave like this until next time". Sad right. Even trying to work with the simple stuff such as gel mani and pedi, they seem to always mess that up and not one person but on several occasions with different nail techs. 3) They say they have to charge you for manicure when you only want a polish change. I've had 3 girlfriends accompany me here and they were disappointed with the service given but was also told they are good. But they are only good to the people that don't venture out and see other places have way better service and can do better nails. Be careful and don't waste your money or time. 4) It shouldn't take 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure or hour for a polish change yet they charge you more.

BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I love getting acrylics but for a while, everywhere I went, the result was sloppy and the acrylic nail was thick and messy. Their work is amazing and neat and the employees are perfectionists I love this place and I am never going anywhere else!

This place is awesome! They do an amazing job! I drive 20 mins every weekend just to get my amazing pedicure by Tracy and nails by Wendy! They also have great prices and a great variety of colors.

Awesome nail place they do a good job on acrylics and they are pretty fast. I will definitely be going back.
