Lavish Nails & Spa - Nails salon Thousand Oaks

I won’t be going back. I went in and asked for a manicure pedicure. The gal who did the pedicure seemed tired but did a grade C job. A different lady did my manicure and insisted that I do the gels so it would dry faster. This place is specifically why I just do my own nails at home. I didn’t want to argue, so I said fine do the gels and I chose a color. I looked down and the pink holiday color with glitter that I chose was a gold color, and it looked like old yellow polish on my nails. You could barely see it. Not only that she didn’t get the sides of the Nails just the top! I am sitting here after work doing my nails again and trying to get the gels off so I could put the color that I actually wanted on. I paid $63 for the pedicure and the gel manicure. When I asked for change for a $20 bill upon leaving, I wanted to leave a $10 tip for the lady who did the pedicure and five dollars for the lady who did the manicure. I gave them the 20 and they went over to the register and fiddled around a bit and then she turned around and put the 20 in her pocket and said thank you (this was the manicurist). I spoke up and said “no, I need change so I can give you both tip”. I felt like walking out at that point. She pretended she didn’t understand that I needed change for $20, which is baloney. I’m sitting here. Redoing my nails from just 48 hours ago and I will never go back again. My holiday manicure turned yellow and it looks like I had a manicure maybe 8 weeks ago. She also cut my nails which I didn’t want. I just wanted them filed down. She never even asked.

I just moved to the community and am SO EXCITED TO HAVE DISCOVERED LAVISH NAILS AND SPA! Kaylie is world class! Hands down the best manicurist ever! And, Tina gives the best pedicure ever! You can tell she loves her job and pays close attention to detail! I am so happy to discovered this salon I will be a loyal customer!

Wonderful customer service they were quick and did a wonderful job on my nails will definitely go back again

The lady was super sweet and attended for both me and my mom the manipedis were amazing and so was the atmosphere she was very positive and it felt very relaxing

I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done. They were able to provide the shape and style I was looking for. My favorite nail spot in the area.

Hi! I am new to Thousand Oaks area, I looked up a few nail places near my house and found Lavish Nails & Spa the minute I walked in I was treated very kindly also Lavish Nails was so clean and I felt the good vibe. I totally love this Nail Salon the person who did my nails really did a great job and he was fast to, this place will be my go to when I need to re-do my Nails again I highly recommend this place. Thank you

Not a good experience, I had to keep telling the young manicurist to file the sharp corners of my nails. When they were done I tipped 20% and the gentleman that did my pedicure said, what about her! (The manicure girl) So rude….

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY THREATEN TO CALL COPS OVER A REFUND WHEN ITS THEIR TOOLS THAT GAVE ME AN INFECTION. STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR REMOVAL WOULD NEVER COME BACK
