Got my haircut here for the first time by Shyla. She was great and very informative on how to fix my damaged blonde hair. She did a beautiful cut and was great to talk to. Will come back!

For 27 years I’ve been on a search for a hair stylist that understood curly ethnic hair and MORE IMPORTANTLY, KNOWS COLOR. I found Muriska and she is TRULY THE BEST. My hair started to turn gray when I was in my late 20s and that’s when I started to color my hair. I never wholeheartedly loved my color tones because it always had an orange tone to it or when I was dark it would spot darker in some areas vs.another. I always wished for something different, until I met her. She made me feel so incredibly beautiful in a natural way and I can’t thank her enough. My curl cut post chemo was another plus. As my hair grew out she gave me incredible shape so that it would look incredible curly or straight when blown out. The other thing is I’m horrible at explaining what I want with my hair, but she knows how to translate it into absolute beauty. I’m saying this because after a visit with Muriska people literally stop me and compliment my hair. PS I never leave reviews and she’s worth it. CALL HER.

This is one of the nicest salons in town. Super clean, organized and great staff. Muriska is amazing and so talented. I’ve never been to the salon and was lucky enough to get booked with her. She took a few pictures I showed her and worked her magic. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I had a really great time with Muriska. She colored my hair even better than the reference photo and came up with her own great idea for the back. She was super friendly and even got me tacos in the middle of my session. Ten out of ten.

Saw Amy again and went full blonde! Hair used to be brownish reddish, now I’m a bombshell! My hair is very thick and the whole process took about 3 hours. She was very accommodating and we had fun. Would do it all again

Today was our baby’s first haircut! When we brought our daughter to Lavish for her first haircut, booking an appointment was easy and we did not have to wait when we arrived. Shyla was the stylist who gave our daughter a great haircut and styling. She was fast, attentive, and asked for our desired cut. Moreover, she even styled her hair after the cut. Shyla was an amazing stylist who showed patience and attentiveness during my daughter's first haircut. She listened to our requests and did a fantastic job. Plus - she SUPER sweet to our daughter - which always goes a long way! She was also professional and maintained an appropriate ongoing conversation. She explained all the steps - esp while washing her hair.
Shyla is clearly a dedicated stylist who ensures that every client receives the best experience possible. She apparently specializes in all types of hair and is skilled in styling techniques. She pays close attention to detail and can handle any hair type, from fine to curly. The salon was clean and the service was fast, making the experience awesome.
Overall, our experience at the Lavish salon was excellent. Overall - 5 stars for sure! THANKS!
