If you have an issue with your landlord, or any other service he offers, do yourself a gigantic favor and CALL CHRIS! I about two years ago me and my brother set out to form a S Corp.in order to run an adult residential business. I called in because I had been served with an ex parte and was supposed to appear the following day, the attorney was extremely informative and essentially gave me a consultation for free over the phone. Unfortunately he was unable to attend court with me because of previous obligations so I didn’t hire him but will definitely keep him in mind for any future legal services!
