I am beyond thankful for Mr. Donath and is team. Everyone in his office is very friendly, nice, professional and most important they were there for me every step of the way. First conversation I had with Mr. Donath I knew I was hiring the right attorney. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of case. Thats when I knew everything was going to be okay and he would do the utmost to get me out of the situation I was in. Beforehand, I had felt lost, disappointed and very discouraged after talking to a few other attorneys that gave me no hope. They basically told me I was guilty and had to live up to the consequences. Working with this guy was the biggest mistake of my life. He took my money, never explained what was going on. Never listened to me. I tried to ask questions to understand and all I got was called names and told to just accept it that it is what it is. Ended firing him and getting a free public defender who listened to me, explained everything to me in detail, put all my anxiety at ease and took care of my case same day. It took me driving 1200 miles during COVID with my seizure alert dog to solve this and it was worth it if I never have to work this man again.

I'm absolutely excited my case was dismissed I actually drove twice to Riverside County to be advised my case was not able to be expunged due to the case type. One of the best choices I’ve made in the most difficult time in my life was having mr Graham represent me. I was being charged with domestic violence (felony) and to be honest it didn’t look good at all. The moment I hired him he got on my case right away. He hired a bails-bondsman and the both of them walked me into the police station. Save your time and especially money. Waste of a lot of money and had to hire an actual Lawyer that fought for me and won. This guy might be good for misdemeanors or tickets, but nothing serious.
