*They are never the current debt collectors, they buy customers information on the black market.
*They are unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful.
*They love to threatening customers with scare tactics.
*Poor management.
*They will take you money but the debt will still be charged from the current collectors.

Was actually able to get Yvonne on the line, but was unable to resolve anything on the phone. Records were noted that I was served paperwork but she was unable to give me a date. I did inform her that serving me would have been impossible because I am gone all day and have locked gates because I live in a rural area.
She did state that I could file a claim but gave no instruction on how to do so.

Why is this place called a law firm! They need to be shut down and disbarred. Did they even attend college? They can't even speak to people with professionalism. You're going to get sued soon! All of your employees need to watch out

Another scam law office. I don't owe anything to anyone. They harass you nonstop and send people to your house and stock you. When I looked at the paperwork they gave me to sue me. THEY HAVE THE WRONG PERSON! I have a common name. I tried telling them this. NOPE! They don't care and continue on.

They called me saying they were on a recorded line which I was OK with however when I told him I’m also going to record for my records they no longer wanted to speak to me….

What kind of operation are they running, where is the integrity?

If you’re not going to do anything shady why would they mind if I record exactly what they’re going to record?

This firm needs to be disbarred for harassment! If they send a process server to my house again, that’s exactly what will happen!

I have some type of debt from almost 10 years ago and I don't even know what it's for that is not showing up on any credit report that I didn't know about until 3 years ago when I opened a savings/checking account and the money was taken out within 3 days by court order, well this is the only money that this company will be getting of mine because I see I am not the only one that is having problems with this shady company.

Fraudulent company. Don’t let a phone call or a piece of mail scare you into giving them a dime. I’m sure that I have nothing in collections yet they keep saying I do. They buy peoples personal information off the black market. Names, addresses, social security numbers etc etc I repeat! Do not entertain them! They call, hang up! They write letters, throw them away. Even if you do have any accounts under collections. Dispute it and see who actually bought the account. 10/10 it wasn’t them! Good luck and be safe.

My paperwork didn't match with theirs. Went through a giant hassle trying to fix it all. But remembered all of my past experiences trying to fix it. I give em 5 stars

They claim they are a debt collector and here to collect a debt, but out of 4 times I have contacted them to make payment arrangements they do not want my payments. They do not want any money you can give, they either want it all or nothing. Now I'm facing a judgement because this office won't accept payment arrangements and want to go to court.
I'm sure they want to up the amount owed, and proceed with the court fees to get more money. I'm sure of it.
