Currently in agreement with this firm and I honestly feel I’ve been let down.
Seems to me they aren’t prioritizing my case and it’s been 4 years since we’ve began. The offers have been very low and I’m ready to just be done with it. Very disappointed

Do not recommend! They'd schedule an appointment and than never call, said they were working on my case, but never was! This went on for 1 year until I found an attorney.

If you are deciding whether or not to retain Ilan, I can tell you why you shouldn't hesitate. Out of 5 law offices I reached out to, one of which claimed to be "the best bed bug attorney", Ilan was the only one that wanted my case! The rest said my case wasn't worth enough. Ilan made sure that a recieved the proper medical, and the ladies in the office a really nice and helpful. The best part about Ilan, is being able to trust him and his judgment. First by simply knowing the value of my injuries and taking my case, second when it came down to presenting the case, the opposing council didn't even want to go to trial! Finally, the best part, during negotiations opposing council offered $50,000 as a starting offer, after going back and forth, Ilan asked that I just trust him and give him some time. I agreed. He later called and told me that he settled for a whopping $750,000! So go ahead and put your faith in Ilan and his law office, you won't regret it!

Ilan Rosen Janfanza is by far the best man for the job. Almost immediately after emailing him and requesting his services for my case, he handled everything in a timely, very efficient manner. His staff is very attentive and great with communicating back quickly.
