Lawndale Self-Serve Car Wash

Broken equipment, no means to call for assistance. Pressure hose damaged, all ready had paid the minimum $10 with no means to cancel. Also tried to follow posted method of pressing the button for 2 sec to cancel, only to see more money and time added. Wasted $13.

The facility is nice and updated and everything works, like it should be, but you don't get enough time for your money.

Advertises 12 minutes for $6 but the last 3 times ive went ive swiped my card and was charged $6 but only recieve 10 minutes. Scam.

I've been coming here weekly for years. Went up In price.its usually dirty, not with it.

This is the only car wash i go too, convenient being near my house and appreciate their good job on keeping all washing tools functional.
I can suggest a couple of things might need to take a look at. Paying with a ATM is a burden sometimes work something it doesn’t. Maintenance people at night time, be rude by blocking bays and can’t ask them a question cause they complete ignore any questions.
One suggestion I have for you guys, is if you guys can post signs letting customers know to have courtesy once Finnish washing and air drying their car. It might avoid a few arguments between customers, cause some customers like to wax and hand dry their car in the bay not concern about others trying to wash their car.

* (6-22-21) Two months ago I wrote my first review and gave some suggestions. I know their just a customer suggestions and owner going to do as they want to ignore customers or not their choice.
I was their today and I have to admit I see a difference. Not a positive experience, obviously no signs asking customers to consider other customers and don’t dry vehicles in the bays. Trash is all over the place, equipment worn out or broken and even worse I was not able to pay with my ATM of cash in the washing bay.
I understand you guys have a lot of traffic and some people don’t take care of equipment, but we are paid customers and is not on us, the owners and employees to maintain everything functional. Thank you

I have mix feelings about this place. Stop by on Sunday (5-21-23) wash my wife car. They did some renovation but there credit card swiper still does not work. The tire foam delays a few seconds to spray and seconds mean a lot especially when they keep going up on prices. Not long ago it was $6 for twelve minutes, now is $6 for ten minutes, two minutes is a big difference. Try spraying clear coat it has no pressure and not worth headache of using their wax procedure. Some signs asking customer not to dry their vehicle once done washing, had to drop another star on my review.

Quality car wash, sucks that the walls are low you have to be cautious to not spray the bay next to you but the wash is good, soap is perfect, and pressure is good, vacuums need some more power

Every time I go there I seem to have no problem getting in right away there's always one or two stalls open decent price tonight I just met the owner very nice guy and I even got to let him try one of my specialties and homemade deer jerky fresh caught a week ago
