I am Chris Lawrence the owner of Lawrence Hearing Aid Center and I would like to address the below review directly.

I did not fit this patient with the set of hearing aids described below, but I have and continue to service her hearing aids in a skilled nursing environment on my own time. I have went out of my way to make this patient's hearing aids work for her without pay and again on my own time. After several repairs the son purchased another set of hearing aids this time from me, and they have not broken and I continue to give this patient a high quality of service to this day.

Sometime reviews are written out of emotion and spur of the moment, I believe this is what happened here, as the son and I talk periodically concerning his mother's hearing aids when it is warranted.

I urge you to come see for yourself our customer first service and then visit my competition. You can be the judge.
