1 Regrettably, I must share my disappointment with the experience I had with a doctor's office. I had to travel on short notice to a country that required specific vaccinations (not related to COVID), and so I booked an appointment with the office for the necessary immunizations.
However, I was dismayed to receive notice on the day before my scheduled appointment that they had given away my appointment slot to another patient, leaving me without the required vaccinations. I found it quite surprising that a medical professional's office would give away someone else's vaccine without any forewarning or explanation. It raises serious concerns about their professionalism and commitment to their patients' health and safety. As a patient, I expect that my doctor will prioritize my needs and provide reliable and trustworthy medical care.
Unfortunately, in this instance, I did not receive the care that I needed, which left me feeling quite disheartened. I hope that the office will work to improve their processes and ensure that they provide quality care to their patients going forward.
