Went on Black friday to see their sales. Everything seemed to be about 10 dollars more for a box of 50 rounds of 9mm compared to a lot of other places, they had sales for out of state people (shipping) only. Guess they don't care about the locals too much. Cuz why do people from out of state want ammo from Cali? Lol Only good thing is they have a lot of variety if you have a not so common round. 9mm and. 223/5.56, you're better off at a turners/bass pro

They prioritize people from out of state by giving them better prices online and giving Californians skyrocketed prices. You can't purchase online and pick up in store like many other places. 30 dollars for a box of 9mm em when the same box cost anywhere between $18-$21. Not good for business.

It’s a excellent ammunition outlet and they have many other gun related products as well. Prices are great and it’s a very secure facility. They check everything before you can even enter the place. So you better have your firearm permit ready or your out of luck.

Great deals when they have sales. Online prices differ than in store. Make sure you go to the store when they have a valid sale or you'll be disappointed. Staff is pretty chill. I paid $200 for 500 rounds so about 40¢ a round for remanufactured. I've never had a problem with any of their ammo. I always recommend them to people I know but like I said, make sure you go during a valid sale.

Great selection and great staff. I had an issue with my purchase (my fault) that they made right when they didn't have to. Only place I shop now.

Guys are friendly and helpful. But the fact that the ammo shipped out of state is 40-50% cheaper than what we're buying it here for knocks 2 stars off for price gouging

Law Enforcement, firearm and badge on person, never been to LAX Ammo and just wanted to look and see what they had in store. I was turned away and will never be back as a customer. Never been treated so poorly.

Cheap reloaded ammo, their reloaded 223 is fine, no misfires, but the reloaded 9mm has some issues, using the lax ammo after reloading the 9mm it gets stuck, the case can't be thrown, when i use other brands Don't have this problem, and there is a big gunpowder residue after shooting, black particles fall on my arm, everything is fine except this,

Nice Shop and Friendly Staff. I drove all the way from Riverside expecting to get good deals on some 9mm ammo. No deals at this shop. If you buy 1000 rounds you’ll pay around $22 for every 50 rounds. I can get that same deal at Turner’s without buying 1000 rounds. Prices are way to high! I will stick to the local shops in the Riverside area they have better deals.

Absolutely 10/10 experience here. Very helpful about which ammo would be best for my application. Very quick process as well. Totally cool and friendly guys. I’ll be recommending them for any of my friends in need of ammo.

All these stupid reviews of going to the LA store because it's cheaper. If you live in OC buy from here. LA sales tax is 10%, fuel to drive down in stuck traffic, wear and tear on your personal vehicle, and not to mention
your valuable time. Just to save nothing.

These guys are great/helpful. They usually have the ammo I need and the price range I'm willing to pay. That's all that matters.

Best place to get ammo in orange county. Don't waste money at the gun shops when you can buy in bulk here for cheaper or even get reloads for even cheaper.

LAX AMMO.
A vary diff ammo store from where I live in Central Cal. First, it is good to see somone at the front door checking ID's making sure people are legit. The majority of the available ammo is right there on the floor for the picking. The staff was ready to help when needed and no attitudes from them. Looking for 22 LR Shot shells but they tell me they have not been able to get them. Had just about everything else tho.nice place to buy ammo

Diamond in the rough! There stock is amongst the best in south orange county California and it's easy in and out! Make sure all your documents are in order because they are by the book here. My number one for ammunition purchases!

They have good stock of various calibers but everything is generally overpriced. They do have good sales but isn't advertised so you just have to stop by and hope that they have a good deal going on in the caliber you're shopping for.
