I just came out of a prenatal massage of 90 mins. The massage was mediocre. I gave them a one star review because the woman who did my massage had audacity to demand a 30 dollar tip when I paid 120 for the massage and gave 15 for tip. She said they require a large tip and 15 is not enough 10 percent. I was really shocked by her rudeness and unprofessionalism. This place doesn’t know how to do business the right way. I will never come back again.

Really confused as to the positive rating. The plus was that I got an appointment same day. The massage was a complete waste of time and money, though. You hope to walk out of a massage feeling relaxed and better. I walked out with no difference than how I walked in. I would suggest going somewhere else.

LAX Massage is awesome! Very strong yet gentle hands here. I recommend the 90-minutes massage. I recommend LAX Massage for all your massages.

I do not recommend this bussiness because I literally stud at the door for 5 mins waiting for someone to come out and greet me. I even said hello 3 times and still no one came out! However, they have a door bell that rings when you come in and cameras, so I'm sure they could see me there waiting!

Made a day ahead appointment to relax while waiting for a flight. Great massage, wish they were local for me.

The worst! Horrible communications skills, I called to let them know I was going to be a few min late and when I arrive they said they cancelled it. I was less than 10 min late that’s their late policy no longer than 10! I don’t understand how they can be so rude to their customers.

People were nice but the towels and the steamer smelled like mold. Not very clean. Lady left the room for 20 mins during sessions.

Last minute walk in and absolutely no regrets. One of the better massages I've gotten in a while. Very clean quiet and serene office and strong heavy handed thai and pressure massage. I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often
