Restaurant is pretty it has a romantic enviroment, food was tasty, we tried pho, spring rolls they bring all the ingredients to your table and you make you own rolls, it was pretty good experience, we also, tried the krispy rolls they were good!

Wonder french twist on Vietnamese food. The curry is wonderful. Shaking beef is one of the best Fila steaks I have ever had. Don't miss out on the fried rice.

I ordered takeout and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The menu’s description of the game hen as “succulent” should be replaced with “sparse, dry, and stringy. ” Must have been (over) cooked days ago. Had I been eating there, I would have definitely sent it back. The vegetarian sautéed eggplant comes swimming in oil. I would recommend staying away from these 2 dishes. $38 for not much…

Fantastic food, great place for date night. Highly recommend vegetable ambrosia and shrimp curry.

It is a clean and nice ambiance restaurant. But please aware, this is not an authentic taste Vietnamese restaurant. Everything is way too sweet. The beef inside Pho soup is also very chewy.

Seems like a nice place but it's a bit expensive for pho. The pho was nice, except the broth was way too sweet for my taste. If they fixed that I'd give it a 4. Will definitely go back and try the other dishes

Today I’m sick and I decided not to cook dinner and ordered at Le Bambou for my kids. I didn’t watch them eating and when I came to them in the middle of their dinner I saw just unacceptable quality of food. These are imperial rolls from order 813241939. I would like to get a refund.

Delicious spicy pho, their rice noodles are high quality. The restaurant has a nice aesthetic as well.

Very very bland food. All 3 dishes! Tastes more like Chinese than Thai. We ordered spicy items and they weren’t spicy at all. They don’t bring enough rice or refill water either. Spent over $80 for Panda Express flavor. I do not recommend if you are looking for actual Thai.

This place is great and has done a great job serving my family for a long time. One of the best, long-standing establishments in Del Mar. They are a small shop, run by family. So don't expect them to be fully automated and efficient like Panda Express. But it's a really nice experience to be served by a family that works so hard and creates really great food.

Super tasty pho. Very friendly service. Wish I’d known about this location sooner as it’s very convenient off Del Mar heights exit.

The service was very good and friendly. Some of the best Pho I have ever had. The broth was very flavorful and rich. Cuts of filet with a beef bone. Very enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back.
