Le Blanc Inn & Suites, El Monte CA

One of the worst place in El monte.
I would never recommend this place
. There is no chair.

The pictures looked way better. We booked this room to have a shorter drive to Universal Studios thinking it would be decent enough for a night stay. This place is dirty, the restroom door lock was broken (it kept sliding open with people in it). The person who checked us in got annoyed when we kindly let him know that the lock was visibly broken. And the worst part was that even though we booked a room with a kitchen, the stove didn’t work…We had to throw away our eggs and other groceries we got to have breakfast. On the good side, there is a 24 hr food restaurant nearby.

When I came to get my deposit they gave it to some one that was not me that was acting like me. Unprofessional. That goes to show that they can give your deposit UT to any one. They should of check I'd to make sure they was giving it to the right person

I’m sorry I didn’t want to do this review but honestly I don’t recommend this place they over charge and my kids got bitten up by bedbugs all over There body and they still had the nerve to charge me after I showed them what happend to my kids we were there for five days

Be awared, Room is dirty, and service is tricky. Double check your room carefully because they will try their best to keep your deposit. Check your bed to see if there is any existing stains. Very bad noise insulation, you can hear people walking and talking outside. I had to check out 2 hours after getting the room because I couldn't stand it, then the staff went in the point out the bed stains so he could charge our deposit although I didn't even use the bed. So sneaky. At the same time, 2 other rooms also check out because they couldn't stand the room condition, and they also were charged deposit.

Checked in to the room on Saturday night, a bug smashed on the wall and the overall cleanliness you would expect of a motel. They don’t answer the phones, we have been trying to call and discuss the deposit that they charged even though we left the hotel clean.

This place is less than 1 star just a Dump. Lost my money on priceline non refundable. Holiday Inn had no rooms available tried Le Blanc had to give a $ 100 security deposit even though the room was paid for then when I saw rhe room I went to get my security back so I can leave and it was a hassle. But i did get it.
