Bakery Le Boulanger reviews
12I thought this was a cute, local bakery. It is a chain and an employee told me nothing is baked on premise. Beyond that, it was so-so at best. Skip
Great place to take a break whilst strolling around Los Altos downtown. Friendly staff, amazing coffee and tantalising nibbles. My favourite place to chill.
Often went here after school when I went to college in Foothill College almost a decade ago. Made my days.
Make sure to call ahead or be prepared to not hear anyone pick up the phone from here. Expect them to be out of all bread products on certain days. It happened to me today and is the whole reason I wanted to go here. It was for sandwiches and they could only offer wraps. Don't expect to get reimbursed for a bad experience from management. The store managers name is Jeremy. Corporate offices can't help you either spoke with Mary from customer service said they are two separate companies. Not helpful at all. Tried calling all the other locations that were open and they weren't answering their phones.
The salad was not worth it. They pack spinach into a small plastic container and add a few mushrooms and red peppers. For $16, definitely not worth it.
Friendly staff, affordable prices, and good food. What else could you want? For what you're paying for (in this area), the quality of food is very solid for a causal, quick meal. I personally love their hot sandwiches and soup, but anything would be a good choice.
Absolutely wonderful food and the service is great. I eat here more often than anywhere else.
My ham egg & cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough sucked. The bread was old and dry. Toasted bread should be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Not this case. Sandwich was very plain, no garnish. My vanilla late had zero foam on top. Disappointing. The only highlight was that the sandwich had good amount of ham on it.
A bakery and sandwiches shop in the busiest downtown intersection. Good selection of sandwiches made with daily baked bread. Also have good croissants. You can also get bread and baguettes there. They are ok but not spectacular. I preferred baguette at Nob Hills.
Popular with locals. Ok coffee. Also offer fountain drinks with refills. Often got my orders wrong - so please check before leaving if you order to go.
Love the one in Los Altos (where the demographic is heavily 50+ like me.) I come here for the California Fresh sandwich and it's always tasty.
Love this place! Every time I'm in town I stop here. The cran/orange loaf, pear/gorganzola flat bread and cuppacino are just delicious
Denise is a GREAT employee and a stellar representative of Le Boulanger! She is so nice, polite, friendly.just all that! I wanted to say Thank you!
