Bakery Le Boulanger reviews
11First time at this location. The California Fresh was bland and soggy. The ice tea tasted watered down and terrible. Never again.
Calm cafe in the San Felipe complex full of restaurants. If Starbucks is busy, this is next best option to work out of. I wouldn’t recommend the coffees as most of them come out of a machine even the mochas as such. Didn’t feel the same level of treatment as Starbucks. But the food is good and staff is super friendly especially towards elderly customer base who frequent this cafe
Great bakery and sandwiches, coffee, pastry, etc.
Tried their sourdough bread - it was amazing (the friendly staff sliced it for us). The texture and the crunch of the medium roasted bread is simply amazing. I tried it with.
Hummus
Butter and honey
Butter and strawberry jam
with a spicy homemade spread (with raw green mango, green chilies, and spices)
And with soupy liquid
The taste was outstanding in each style. Their bread complements very well with different spreads and soups
I made a veggie sandwich too.it was too good
It’s been about 5 years since I’ve eaten here. The food is good. But the place is a dump! Old, outdated, dirty and broken. Water was dripping from a brown opens ceiling tile behind the register. The carpet is filthy. Barely any bakery items behind the case or bread on shelves and I remember seeing beautiful delicious loaves and a lot of goodies. It’s in a sad sad state which means people will frequent less. Spruce up the place, add some umbrellas outside and plants, better lighting inside and appealing product and people will return.
Great service. I bought them out of their french loafs at 11am. But good food. Not many locations left which is sad. But this one was top notch
The manager here has excellent customer service skills. Very helpful, patient, and kind. Dining area and restrooms are clean.
The restaurant looks cute. But the cleanliness is at zero star. It feels so gross with dirty table, old stain floor, the unclean soda machine and almost empty dirty milk pitcher. I don’t want to touch anything and I won’t come back.
This is the best place to have a deli sandwich. Staff were awesome, and the food was amazing. Get the chicken chipotle avocado!
Hardly any choices for bread or rolls. Empty shelves don't bring customers.
The breakfast sandwich was ok.not superior just ok.
It WAS pricey.like 8 bucks. Coffee was ok.lukewarm.
Six SJPD posted up inside.for over an hour! Gossiping about perps.
Your tax dollars at work.
My advice to the PD.
Get a room.smh
I always visit this eatery when I am in the Evergreen area. I am impressed with the quality of food and the excellent customer service that is demonstrated by the staff. The manager, Suki is professional and very engaging and always remembers the way I like my sandwiches prepared. Her customer service skills excel and it is because of this type of service that I keep going back to this place.
Keep up the good work Suki and staff!
We've only been regulars for the last 6 months so during Covid time. Their baked goods, sandwiches and salads are great and the young lady at the register is always so friendly and patient when some of the elderly customers need a little extra time. I can only recommend the place, very clean, some outside seating (no heaters though) and excellent food.
