I got an appointment today and I’m already on my way and someone called me and canceled my appointment. It was the second time the cancel my appointment. It was very inconvenient since I live far and was already on my way. And on top of that the lady that called me was rude and very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place.

I went in for a facial and the procedure they did on me left scratches on my nose and chin.

Worst services they have, customer booked the appointment and they changed them without asking or informing anyone, I guess don’t know them how to do buisness, i gave them 0 star which they deserve

I did not have an experience and feel discrimination. Made an appointment. Company later changed appointment. On arrival, temp taken. The vaccine card requested. Never mentioned before. So they just canceled me out. I sat in car dejected. 30 min drive, 30 in gas which I want back. Called 877 number and told I would receive call back. Nothing. ***Your response does not address fact that you never told me your protocol for I have all copies to your lie. I would not drive miles for nothing. BBB contacted as well as the city. Even a negative covid test is better than vaccine and you still spread. Very poor customer service. Glad I know now.

I was welcomed with kindness, eye contact and professionalism. Asora, the practitioner, was knowledgeable, communicative of each step, asked me relevant questions, and gave me practical advice. I really value that women of color are practitioners and customer service reps at Le Caprice in Walnut Creek, CA. I will be scheduling future treatments with Asora for my multi-ethnic high school daughter to address her specific skin issues. I feel confident that Asora will have knowledgeable advice and solutions for her.

Its home away from home and Audrey always makes me feel welcomed. She is cognizant of my comfort level.

I love this salon, its products and its people. I've been getting (at least) monthly facials here since they opened, and continue to be impressed by their commitment to high-quality non-surgical skin care. I'm not a gal who wears much make-up and wouldn't consider surgery or fillers. I want my face to be mine. Le Caprice understands that. The products and facials have built my skin over time. The hydra-facial is my monthly constant. My skin has become more toned and healthy and vibrant. I literally can feel the increase in collagen and now have fewer lines than when I walked in the door. I purchased the cryo-facial and cryo-chamber package in January of last year. Although it got interrupted when everything closed down, even three times made a difference. Le Caprice has created an atmosphere that's professional and warm in a beautiful salon. They sell but they don't push. The aestheticians are well-trained highly skilled. The technology is impressive. My skin and I are glad they're open again.

Very zen interior. Asurah was very knowledgeable. The price was so reasonable for a relaxing and rejuvenating facial. I’m definitely going back.

I tried the T-Shock treatment on my face it was not painful very relaxing and my face was glowing afterwards however my skin was a bit irritated from the gel products but my skin is super sensitive to many products.

I absolutely love this spa. I definitely know my spas and can tell you this one is far above any other spa in the East Bay. I have found everyone to be kind, generous and skilled. Also, there packages are incredibly affordable too.

I love this place and very clean and professional, I highly recommend come to do facial and body treatments, Rebecca is one of the best esthetician to do my facial another one do the T- short treatment for my belly fat remove, she knows what I need all the time makes me relax and beauty, I feel so happy and will come back to the place and Rebecca.

I have been getting facials at this salon for about a year. It started at Broadway Plaza, temporarily moved to Lafayette, and seems to have found a permanent home in Walnut Creek. The salon is beautifully appointed and super clean with big rooms for treatments. Everyone is professional and extreme caution was taken for sanitation and following procedures when they reopened recently. They have great deals for treatment bundles and your skin will appreciate their skilled services.

I've been with Skin 17 for 2 years now and I can't express enough how much appreciation I have for this place and its devoted staff. The facials I get there are luxuriating and I always feel glowing afterwards. I honestly always try to time my facials before I have a big event to attend as I know the results will always be visible. As a person who's not a fan of surgical solutions, these facials and the skincare products I receive at skin 17 are definitely the way to go for me. Zero downtime and no pain and the results are absolutely wonderful.
