The hotel room was solid. The attentiveness of every person I encountered is what set this stay off. Everyone was stellar. I would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work.

Easy check in and lovely staff! Artsy gem in the heart of Hollywood. Beautiful rooms with a comfy bed and art displayed throughout. Cannot recommend enough! Highly recommended

Great Boutique Hotel with a good location. All was fine. Pool at the roof top is just enough. Perfect for a short stay.

Will not stay here again mainly because of the rude, unpleasant, arrogant staff. I know the hotel has no concierge service, but since I'm new to this neighborhood, I sometimes asked questions. When I had a question about the hotel or the neighborhood, staff acted as if they were bothered and I should 'go away. ' Once, when I asked about a restaurant right around the corner the young man smiled and gave me much information. The exception. No one else was so considerate. I remember when I asked where the ice machine was, that person seemed angry and annoyed when she had to point me in the right direction. I observed employees here treating younger guests more favorably. Many younger people don't like being around older folks. I'm 80 years old, so I conclude that they don't like older people at this property. So if you're older or traveling with an older person, stay elsewhere. Of course, don't ask questions, they don't like that. On the plus side, the hotel is in a quiet, residential area, and the room was spacious. Many good restaurants nearby.

Great hotel! It is small and boutique like. Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful! They sent up a very thoughtful Birthday surprise. Loved the records downstairs. Great hotel. Definitely recommend

Rooms were ok, but service was non-existant. Could not get them to make up the room during the day.

Staff is great. Rooms are very clean and inviting. Only complaints are noise between floors and having to reconnect to internet several times per day. Otherwise great stay. Thank you.

Maybe the nicest hotel I've stayed in with respect to room furnishings and decor. Very comfortable and large suites. Only disappointing part was the kitchenette was not stocked with anything apart from a coffee caddy. No basics like even a few dishes and tableware or a paper towel roll.

The price does not match the quality. The building and rooms are like 50-years old, there is a lot of dust in the corridors and there is a smell of old premises. The pool is much smaller than it looks on the photo (probably photo was edited). Bar and restaurant were closed. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors making noise in the hallway at night loud and clear. Parking costs $55 per night. When you book for $220, you end up paying $400 for a hotel that does not deserve 4-stars.

Probably it was a 4-star hotel some time ago, but now the quality is more of a 2-star motel, so 2 stars is what it deserves.

This is the very best boutique hotel I’ve been staying here for 10 years. The renovations are stunning it’s even better than ever.

I needed to book a room for one night, to use the suite for a small event. The staff is extremely accommodating and very responsive to our needs. It was such a pleasure to work with them!

In a few words, the stay was super cool! The room very comfortable and quiet, the terrace has a spectacular view! Hskp did a great job!
