16My rep is terrible Shelby Koch is terrible. You fill out the app and never hear from them again.
So when I contacted Merchants the representative said they process in 24 hours. So I applied to find out after I was approved they was going to hold transactions for at least min of 48 hours. So I decided to cancel because of this while on the phone with them. So six months later a collection agency filed on my credit because Pay Safe was saying I owe $146.00. I guess they processed this cancellation with Pay Safe Merchant Services. So not knowing anything about Pay Safe I told collections to show me some processed transactions. My credit is still marked and collections won’t show me anything regarding this.
Where is the option for zero stars?
Gave runaround for two weeks for documents, then held back two weeks of sales and closed account! Say will pay in six months! Which business can survive that?
Very poor customer service
We were told we would get certain rates, and then when we got our statements, they had raised those rates. We were also promised 24 hour funding. This happened for about 2 months then without notice they changed that also and we did not get the promised 24 hour funding. They don't return calls either.
Most horrible experience. So many different outsourced companies. I have iAccess, Leaders, Swipe Simple and Pay Safe. Customer Service is overseas. Every situation took several calls. Customer service doesn't speak English well. I would get told they couldn't assist and would transfer me to another department. The department had no idea what I was talking about so I had to call customer service again and hope to get someone else. If I did get someone that said they would take care of the issue, it usually didn't happen.
I did the test transaction. They said the bank refused the deposit. My bank searched their ACH and there wasn't anything. I updated the bank account information. I did my first sales. No deposit. I was told it takes 5-7 days for the updated bank account to take effect. No reason to take that long but it had already been 7 days. They verified my new account number was what they had. Then the excuse was it taking 5 days to transfer the money. It had already been 5 days.
It is another lie and excuse after lie and excuse.
Trying to cancel services, was more hoops. I have the cancellation email but they never cancelled with SwipeSimple so my new provider can't activate. Leaders Merchant Services is a mess.
Our sales rep Mickey Murillo has ghosted us since we signed up. Trying to get clover set up with proper contract. He has not responded to 8 phone called and several emails over
3 weeks from both myself and my general manager. So disappointed
Great customer support from day one from Rebecca Willows. This is probably the most competitive processing company for card payments.
We switched from Square because their prices were quite high and even became more expensive recently. After a Google search, which rated Leaders as number one in the industry, I dropped Square and enrolled with Leaders. A very positive experience as my secretary loves their application every day and it saves same money too.
Stephanie and the team at Leaders provide exceptional support and service. Five stars PLUS for sure!
I put in an application and then realized I did not want to do business with leaders as they have an injunction against them due to deceptive practices, I was told by Kenny Thompson that My application was pulled, this was before it was approved. Now I am getting welcome emails when supposedly my application was pulled, very shady. I will be contacting all relevant agencies to report them and blocking them from my bank, I would not under any circumstances to business with this company. Opened an account without my permission, I will be going to the authorities
Its been two months since I set up this account I still have not received my funds. They have been asking me for a voided check I sent it three times they received it. Acknowledged that they received it and then asked for it again. All this time I am still waiting for them to deposit my funds. As soon as they do I am going to change my merchant account. GO TO CLOVER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
Lindsay did an excellent job balancing persistence and patience with me. As a husband with a daughter on the way, Lindsay called to check in frequently with the on-boarding process, but she was patient with things taking a while for me to complete.
I was having difficulty reconcilling my bank statement, as my internal records were not matching the credit card receipts for the three week period prior to the reconcilliation. I called Leaders for help (3 Times), but their out-sourced employees from South America were absolutely no help at all. I did not speak Spanish and they sure as hell did not speak English! On my last call to Leaders I requested an English speaking person and was connected to Martha.what a delight. She was courteous, professional and solved my "non-batching" problem in a matter of minutes. She was definately the diamond in the rough. I was going to cancel my acct.with Leaders but Martha was so helpful I decided to leave things as status quo. 5 stars to Leaders for having such knowledgable help such as Martha and 0 stars for the south American "efforts" customers have to endure while needing competant assistance. Thanks again Martha.
