I have used Leading Properties for one of my properties located in the Outer Richmond and Patrick was able to rent it within 2 weeks of obtaining the listing. These tenants are still currently there and over the last five years, Stewart has overseen this property with best results for both tenants and owner. I now have another property in the Lone Mountain neighborhood that I have given Patrick to manage and within one week, Adam was able to rent it at a very good rent. This far exceeds any expectations that I had for renting this property during the pandemic as it has been vacant for quite some time. We returned the place we leased sparkling clean, and they charged us $450 for carpet cleaning even though we TOLD THEM to notice us prior to deducting any money from our safety deposit.
AND, $450 for carpet cleaning a small studio? !
We did not have pets and I used to vacuum clean the carpets at least once per week! There were no stains on the carpet whatsoever and we returned the place cleaner than what we received back in 2019.
What is worse than charging us is that no one in the company is answering our call/emails.
Charging clients without a justifiable reason is a action of fraud and they will get in trouble for this!
