I sent in my new patient paperwork since February 6th and have yet to receive a call to schedule my first appointment. I’ve tried calling and texting and have still not received any response. It’s funny that there’s this entire stigma around mental health, yet when we do try to get help, we get treated like our mental health doesn’t matter.

The worst experience I've ever had today I called to ask for information and they told me that they didn't speak Spanish and I would leave my information and then they returned the call after a few hours they called telling me that the doctor only speaks English and that he didn't have bilingual people and that he only The doctor attended by video call and they only attended with medication. Do you think that because they do not know English, people are ignorant or what is the difference? His staff had a despotic and humiliating tone that surprised me so much that at this time they treat people like this just because they do not know the English language

Made a big difference. Helped me reduce the use of anxiety and depression medications. I noticed much higher energy levels about halfway through the treatments. It will take about 3 weeks to start feeling the change but its worth it. The staff here are great. Highly recommend.

I've had a great experience. Dr. Mendiola and his staff are very professional but most of all they have been very kind and helpful and I am so grateful.

Front Office has great communication skills, friendly, and kind. Professional staff has the ability to manage uncertainty, deal with difficult emotions, a solid and clear grasp of how RX actually affect a person, a broad understanding of illness, and a desire to help you think out of the box for your mental well being; not just viewing mental health as a chemical imbalance.
CONS: Haven't found any yet! Maybe the need to always save the zoom link? Solution! Go in person or ask to just do a phone call (they will call you:). Dr. Mendiola is the best. Really great.

For a woman with drug resistant Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and Severe PPD with psychosis, after trying every drug and Psychiatrist, Dr. Mendiola found me an antidepressant that got the closest…. And then came the life changing TMS treatments that I wish America made available to everyone! I feel like myself for the first time in years. So grateful! So relieved to feel not only okay but great!

After a long process of filling out applications and setting meetings, Dr. Mendiola began our meeting by saying he would not prescribe me my dose of medication without listening to why I got to this dosage or even approaching me as a person with a history and medications that may have been ill prescribed.
It was appalling. In the end I was actually ok to lower my dosage but he didn't care to even listen to me.
I have seen many psychiatrists in my life and this one by far has won the worst award.

I have been seeing Dr Mendiola for over 10 years. He listens and cares for me as a client. His staff is helpful and efficient. Even when I lost my insurance I have continued to see him.

Dr. Mendiola and the staff work great together to care for their patients. Amidst the pandemic, they make it easy to be seen, whether it is in person or over telecommunication. I can put my trust in this crew to assist with any mental health services for the community.

Dr Lee is sincerely the best! Very personable and professional. You can tell he really cares. Front desk is always helpful as well.

Dr. Mendiola is a great doctor. He is very caring and experienced in his field. The office staff are very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Mendiola.

The staff is always very pleasant. Dr. Lee Mendiola is wonderful. He knows how to help your situation. He is very knowledgeable what medications that will help with your overall health.

Had an assessment over Zoom with a Nurse Practitioner. She told me they didn’t want to take me on as a patient. Then charged me $300.

I was going there for my anxiety and the doctor I was seeing during my visit was acting out scenes from Mind Hunter on Netflix and out of nowhere decided to terminate care and I have not been able find anyone to prescribe me my anti anxiety medication as if there was something on file put by this doctor:/

Dr. Mendiola has helped me tremendously. I came to him at a time when I had not been feeling well for about 9 months. Through his guidance and experience, I have gotten much better over the past several months. I see Dr. Mendiola specifically for med management, and not for talk therapy. Just the same, he has shared some thoughts and given me some helpful advice which has gone beyond med management. I have a lot of confidence in him.

The staff is amazing very friendly helpful and caring. Dr. Mendiola is so caring and works very hard to give the best care possible, I have done the TMS treatment and it’s been life changing I don’t stress I’m able to set boundaries and enforce them and not have the anxiety that happens. They really are life savers
