Lee Laundromat, San Jose CA

Came here for my sister-in-law as she was being harassed by one of the lady workers, and the manager after one of their washing machines malfunctioned. They tried to blame my SIL for the damage, although my SIL used the machine as instructed. My SIL felt intimidated and called her boyfriend to come be with her, at which point the workers yelled at him when he asked for a refund for the money that had been lost in the malfunctioning machine. The worker also put her hands on him as she argued with him. This is when my wife and I showed up just to ensure that both my SIL and her Bf were safe as they are both young adults.

The place is kept clean and organize around the clock. It would be nice if, at least, one worker can speak English fluently. WIFI is not available the day I was there. I asked the workers what happened to the WIFI, not one understood me because they don't speak English!

The OLD viatnamese lady is very rude. She keeps saying you to move and move while waiting for your laundry.they close at 11pm but sends me out like 10: 45 saying GO HOME GO HOME. Im about to cry because of her she dont know how to treat customers right will never coming back there again!

They open very late for laundromat. People have busy life, people use the laundromat because they have to. This place should open at 6 A. M.

Theres a rude vietnamese old lady who works there, takes your cart out of nowhere while folding your clothes and still using the cart and doesnt ask for permission to take it, sweeps on your feet while your taking out your clothes out of the dryer very annoying and rude lady.

I enjoy the dryers, and love the big front load washers, the lady who works the is not so bad either

Clean facility no coins needed. Very friendly staff. Large washers and dryers of all sizes.

I go there do laundry last time all my close came fiber glass they dint clean washer inside dried take so long dried

Someone is always walking around cleaning and keeping the place neat. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I had to do laundry with an old friend of mine. Our differences led to a fast service. I went again with a friend and although we are even more different we had the same fast experience. A good place too, you do t even need to use cash, which is dirty.

There was cockroaches in the display of the washing machines and I asked the lady if there was going to be cockroaches inside my wash just to see if she would do anything about it and she asked me if I wanted to add water to the load what is water going to do for a cockroach infested laundromat.we definitely need to get the health inspector over there as soon as possible

BEFORE YOU COME HERE PLEASE READ MY REVIEW BEFORE YOU WANT TO WASH. Im a local resident who lives around the corner to this place I've been coming here for a while and I enjoy the laundromat and the employees and how they keep the place so picked up and clean. Ive been coming here for a good 5 to 6 years but today is going to be my last day. A week ago I purchased a laundry card and put 20 dollars into the card it washed fine but when I went to dry my clothes i was having difficulty that would say error or bad pull. I asked the employee lady to check the card she told me to pay another card and come in the next day to speak with the manager so I bought another card and my clothes dried. I work at a hospital so i didn't have time to go the next day to get my money back. Today 3/4/20 at 8: 20 I came into the laundromat to wash as usual and my old card from last time didn't seem to work so I took out 40 dollars to buy soap and detergent to break my money to buy another card and I put 25 I put into the card.when I went back to my washer the CARD SAID ERROR AND BAD PULL. THREE DIFFERENT CARD WITH ALL MY LOST MONEY. And the lady was being rude and has some guy translate and told me i was lieing and to check the card. I made the lady check all three cards AND THEY COULDNT READ ANY OF MY CARDS. So I told her to let me speak to the manager and i got on the phone with the manager and he tells me to claim down and come tomorrow to fix the promble. Then hangs up on me. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME TO STAY CALM WHEN MY MONEY IS BEING STOLEN AND TELL ME TO STAY CLAM. WHY DONT YOU GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN LIKE ME.like why do I need to fix it tomorrow why not today Im not a billionaire to keep taking it money. I'm coming tomorrow and I BETTER GET ALL MY MONEY FROM THE CARDS. AND CALL THE COPS ON ME CALL THEM AND TELL THEM YOU HAVE A ANGERY COSTUMER THAT YOU GUYS STOLE MONEY FROM.and majority of the comments with good reviews are relatives or friends to the owners here DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU THEY STEAL ALOT OF PEOPLE MONEY AND I WILL GET MINES BACK.
