Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating, Madera CA

AC was blowing hot air in the middle of summer. Had lee’s come out to to find the issue was capacitor. I had a “better quality” capacitor recommended to me only to find out the issue was still occurring. Called Lee’s back to hopefully get the issue resolved, the technician was very professional and offered to come back out next day but only to be told that if the issue was not due to the technician error I would be have to pay the diagnostic fee again for something that was not caught in the first visit. Luckily, I was still able to add HVAC service to my home warranty only to find that the “better quality” capacitor that was was recommended to me was causing the issue and not installed correctly. I tried calling Lee’s back to hopefully address and rectify this issue but I would get the run around from everyone on the phone. I was out 600+ on a bad service and part that didn’t even work on my unit. Had a different capacitor installed and no issues since. Lesson learned definitely shop around and don’t just go with the well advertised companies. Update: Spoke with Josue the operations manager and he was able to provide a refund and was very apologetic for the initial service that was provided. I appreciated the follow up discussion.

Frank came out on time to give me an estimate on AC/Heater replacement. He was informative, thorough, and courteous. Although I selected a different business for the job, I appreciated Frank’s time and presentation.

I had Javier check out the plumbing service issue that has with house I just bought. He did his best to try to fix the issue the problem is with house their more than just plumbing. He Explains everything and was more willing help really appreciate it.

Francisco was very thorough in his review of the problem with our AC system. He took pictures of the parts he replaced before and after the replacement. He explained all the repair package options available and he did not pressure me to go for one or another. I would definitely do business with Lee's again.

Austin and Jesus did an amazing job repairing our AC and duct system! They were always professional and worked fast to make sure our family was comfortable!

Had a new system installed and the guys did a good job. The problem I had was they left a mess and water all over the tile. I called and the lady I spoke to was able to send one of the guys back out to clean it but the guys attitude was terrible. Clearly upset he had to come back but if it wasn't missed in the first place I wouldn't have had to call.
Update: received a call from Justin (one of the techs) apologizing. I appreciate him reaching out and making things right. That's the kind of customer service you want. Changing this to 5 stars.

Jared fixed the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink. Did a really good job! Was knowledgeable and helpful.

They checked on leak coming from under dishwasher as they had just fixed a hose under sink. There was a clog in a hose

This was the annual maintenance of our HVAC. Severo is always on time, never rushes, and is very thorough. He painstakingly cleans and makes whatever adjustments need to be made to ensure the system works flawlessly. Our HVAC runs like a well-oiled machine!

Sink plugged up and Chris Z worked diligently to get it all cleared out. Chris is a true gentleman and I appreciated his kind personality.

Frank did a wonderful job telling us what to expect.but, when it came to financing. Apparently all of a sudden we don't hear from nobody.at least let us know that the financing didn't pull through, had the guys come out to take measurements and then don't come on the of because of financing.nobody called or texted us about anything.i had to reach out a few times about it.plus 24k for a whole new system is seriously wack.
