4Area is quiet for the most part. The woman that cleans the building on the weekdays does an great job. The management will offer you prizes to leave reviews.
Very professional and well organized. Their online portal is great for submitting maintenance requests and we have always been taken care of whenever we have had one. The on-site gym is pretty great to, and we love the quality of the apartments themselves, truly top notch!

Richard and his team make this appartments complex feel like home. Quite atmosphere, relaxing waterfalls, complemented with bamboo shades. Really just a fantastic place to live. It's a bit pricey but worth ever penny. Come enjoy life at it best in the valley with Legacy Apartments.
