They got stains out that I was just prepared to live with, even after we'd have them previously professionally cleaned! On top of that, they were friendly and easy to work with from the online form, to scheduling, to finishing the job.

The Legacy crew called ahead, came on time, and did a thorough job. Josh discussed the condition of our carpets and presented options while Deon got started placing guards for our railings so that the hoses wouldn't cause abrasions. Both took care to wear shoe protection (and remove them as they came and went from the truck). Super thorough job and great result. Took years off of our carpets!

Josh and Dion are perfectionists when it comes to carpet and tile cleaning. Josh went through my house and had me point out specific stains and areas that I wanted addressed. He gave me a fair estimate of the costs and also had suggestions for how to treat future stains. Then, he and Dion performed their magic and left me with like-new carpets and tile.

I had always heard great things about Josh but never had a chance to hire him until recently when we moved out of our office.
