FOR! So immersive, and I tend to startle easy but it was the right amount of scary so you're adrenaline's pumping but still able to think about how to escape! It was so fun for our group, with lots to do and fun reveals!
DO ANY OTHER ESCAPE ROOM COMPANY YOU CAN IN ORDER TO PREVENT A HEADACHE WITH PAYMENT. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT WORK TO REMEDY ANY PAYMENT ISSUE, EVEN IF THE FAULT IS ON THE OWNERS.
The rooms are alright, a bit outdated, but just dealing with this company is a huge headache.
The OWNERS are very unreasonable and greedy. The owners refused to refund our fifth ticket when only four of us could make it, because other groups book rooms and don't show up - but that was not our case. Other people I spoke with at the venue also told me that they had issues with payment at no fault of their own, but the owners refused to correct their own mistakes. The staff, on the other hand, was nice, just powerless.
This was an average location with average rooms. We played the Zombie Rescue game which is the newest and most technologically advanced game, but was not very impressive. The rooms are not very memorable, and DEFINITELY not fun enough to put up with such irritating payment processes. If THEY make a mistake, YOU are SOL.

If you're clostrophobic, I'd let them know ahead of time because we were "locked" in a tiny room. It had a simple latch for you to get out if it was too much, but for those that have a hard time with that, they might benefit from this and being prepared ahead of time for a more fun experience.

The Cabin 13 room was amazing with several types of puzzles I've never seen before. Our game master Maya was so helpful when we got stuck and asked for help to nudge us in the right direction without giving everything away. Will definitely come back.

Zombie Rising is my first ever escape room and surprisingly, we finished with four minutes left! We were stuck in the first room but Harley helped us and we did it! It was so fun!
We had a great time playing sugar rush! LIV was such an excellent game master. She had perfect customer service and was as very welcoming and fun. She gave us hints when needed and even let us finish the game every though we ran out of time! (That NEVER happens). We truly appreciated such a welcoming and fun experience. We will definitely be back!
