Great selection of shoes, apparel, as well as boards and accessories. The people there were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each time that ive went, the service which ive experienced was outstanding and will keep me
coming back there to shop in the future. Legends is my hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to any level of skate boarder.check it out and thank me later.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location is not the best I suppose because we were the only customers in the shop.

I wanted to rate this place a 1 or 2 because the kids didn't seem happy to be there. I have worked in customer service before so I get that it sucks and the kids got a little more into it after some small talk.

7 in counting times I’ve been here for in need of skate shoes and board. But for some reason I feel profiled and ur door is literally locked before getting in and after getting out.specifically the bald white guy makes me feel that way… but overall I’ll still continue to come since like you guys are all I got for what I need

Has to be the worst skate shop I’ve ever been to Tilly’s or zumiez does better. First things first the doors are locked so you have to knock to get in must have some shady weird stuff going on because no business does that. Secondly you make your way in and get no sense of welcome everything I asked they couldn’t help or didn’t want to help. I felt like I wasted my time going there if your not spending $200 on a skateboard they don’t want to deal with you. Avoid this place at all costs you’ll save money and peace of mind never returning to this weird spot again I gave it several chances also in the past so this isn’t some rant from one bad experience if you don’t believe me pay these jokers a visit

Horrible place. They don't seem to want to be in business. During posted hours, there's a hand written sign on the door saying "please knock". So, I knocked and this kid came to unlock the door and immediately asked me before my left foot even passed the threshold, "Can I help you find anything? "

So I told him I had seen the place but wanted to check it out. And I told him I'm keeping my eye out for a new 9 or 9.25. He says, "A 9 what? "

Like, okay, he's sleepy? A kid that works at a skate shop doesn't know what a 9 or 9.25 is referring to? Alright, let that pass. I told him a deck.

So he says, "oh, those are over there. ", pointing to the
far right wall of decks, which happens to be extra far from the counter. So I ask if I can go look at them behind the counter and he says, "No. You can look at them, but you can't go back there. "

So, I start looking at the trucks and wheels in the other end of the glass cases and it strikes me how dead silent it is in this huge skateshop. The kid is sitting down behind the counter so low to the ground that you can't even see him. But him and a young girl are back there with their faces buried in their phones so deeply that they're not even talking to each other, much less me.

I decide to not bother and start to walk out. But the kid jumps up and asks if I'm ready to leave because he had locked us all inside. Aside from the rudeness, the fire department would not be happy about that.

Sorry to be so blunt, but this shop is a complete fail. And whoever is responsible for locking these kids in this shop should be ashamed of themselves. Why even pay this kid? Why pay rent on a high traffic retail location?

These kids need to dig trenches for a while so they learn to appreciate having such a lame, easy job. This generation is screwed. And this shop is a hard pass.

Head over to the Attic or Identity where the staff is friendly.

I came in here with my kids. I knocked on the door the child who opened the door I said hello to and he said nothing back. He then asked me what he could help me with and I told him that I needed a full board with wheels and trucks. He then interrupted me while I was trying to tell him that I needed a full board deck trucks and wheels to tell me that I was being rude when I did absolutely nothing wrong but just try to tell him what I wanted. I'll spend money on premium gear elsewhere where people appreciate their customers.

Just left FURNACE IN CYPRESS WITH THREE DECKS WHITH TRUCKS and wheels. SHOP FURNACE FOR COMPLETE SERVICE!
