They are liars their website is all lies they scammed me and kept asking for additional delivery fees after I paid what it says on their website and the nerve to ask for an additional $135 U. S dollars to complete the transaction it’s absolutely appalling and I don’t recommend anyone believe what it says on their website and it’s been a week and you think they would honour what I paid for and still nothing done unless I pay the additional delivery fees which is a joke THE WORST SERVICE EVER!

Great customer service provided by Tyson for an online purchase! I can't say enough good things about my experience. Tyson initially reached out via text to see if I was still interested in boardshorts I had added to my cart. Unsolicited, he provided a discount code to encourage my purchase. The order was delivered soon thereafter with no issues.

I figured that would be the last I heard from Tyson. However, he later reached out to me about another sale Leilani's was having. And most recently, he texted me thanking me again for my order and asking how I liked my boardshorts. That is great follow up for a single boardshort purchase!

Normally I am not a big fan of texts from merchants but his come across as genuinely friendly, helpful and appreciative for the business. I encourage other merchants to learn a lesson or two from this experience. Thank you Tyson!

I placed an order for a gig bag for my ukulele. I was sent the wrong size. I sent an email to their customer service email address and I have yet to receive a response.

BUYER BEWARE. NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN MAIL
I would like to take the star back but only way to write review. So waited all day for my package at my house. Package was delivered to wrong address. Called post office not their responsibility. Emailed leilani's and was told not their responsibility either. As a business that is very poor practice not to secure a method of delivery instead of saying I put it in the mail. I paid for my items. Their method of payment was secured for them. No responsibility and no items. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They should be ashamed of themselves.

**** I have not receive my whole order! There was no refund! I have contacted them to 2 different emails 4 times and nothing! Poor customer service!

I placed an order 14 days ago, and haven't heard anything back from them at all. I have sent 2 email messages in the last 3 days inquiring about my order, and have gotten no response. Some of the worst service I have ever encountered. I would give no stars if I could.

UPDATE: It has now been 26 days since I placed my order, and NOTHING from the company. They did send me a tracking number 8 days ago, but the package has not been delivered to the post office.

Reposting my review. My order had to be substituted. After trying the substituted li hing mui, I actually liked it more. Did find a note in package apologizing for it. Received it

On 20 Dec 2019, I placed an online order for a box of alahomac candy bars. This order was placed as priority with a delivery schedule of 2 to 3 days. The order was never received and I sent 3 separate emails requesting a status but never received a reply. I contacted them today (5 Jan 2020) and was informed that the order was canceled. This is very unfortunate and unsatisfactory.
