The managers, Rob and Barb are very friendly and helpful.
All of our new neighbors are so friendly and helpful! An older park with a great staff. They really helped us out! We love our new to us little space!
It’s nice and everyone is friendly here just the trailer gets really hot during the summer day (well for us anyways) but overall it’s a nice place to live (:
The new owner has done a phenomenal job. 100% turn around. It's cleaner, more updated and family friendly
100% run by a slumlord. Rent is crazy high for trailers that should have been condemned in the 90s, everything is in constant need of repair, the only way to get the landlord to answer your call is to pretend like you're seeking legal counsel (no one forced to live here would ever be able to afford an attorney). Mary (the slumlord) is preying on disadvantaged and desperate people. Save yourself and stay away.
