2I was looking for a new pilates instructor in Santa Barbara who held private sessions and I’m so happy I found Lena! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the human body and how your muscles work. I never feel sore after my sessions and she always goes out of her way to correct my form to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. She’s great! I highly recommend her!
Tower and reformer pilates at a fair price. Semi-private and private by appointment only. Couples, friends, singles. Everyone is welcome. Lena is great. I've been going for two years once a week and it really changed my life. Really patient, sweet lady and she will adjust everything to work with your body to help you stay fit. That's the beauty of reformer and tower vs mat/class pilates.
