It was a great experience working with Lending assets. My escrow got closed within expected time. Staffing is great. Loan officer Lovepreet went beyond and help with the desired documents we needed for loan requirements. Even though she was pregnant she never delayed. I will definitely suggest Lending assets. Lovepreet is the best. She got us the best rate (2.875%) with only 5% down payment. Where ever I tried to get a loan, they told me 3.2% with 10% down, and she closed the loan in 9 days.
