Your email system needs an audit! You’re not getting your email despite being sent. They showed up in my sent files. Addresses were correct. You clearly didn’t accept my card sized passport and made me send you my book passport picture & signature when you already had pictures of my signature! Are your emails being stolen? Is my information safe with this company? The loan wasn’t for a car, boat, or a home, it was for $2,500! This is ridiculous. Way to many hoops and probably not even secure!

Professional & efficient staff. Handled all my debts, settlements for 1/4 to 1/2 of what I owed! Would definitely recommend

This company is awful. I paid my loan off completely and they are still trying to charge me. I called and they said they would fix it but it isn't fixed. I called again (granted it is a sunday) was on hold for 30 minutes all to get a prompt that they are closed. If my credit gets negatively impacted I will be seeking legal council.

Working with LendingUSA has been nothing but a positive experience for me. They asked questions and worked within my budget so that I could complete a purchase. I highly recommend using LendingUSA!

Their site is a total disaster, not enough information, inability to set up payment method. One can not make a payment on their portal as they claim. VERY INCONVENIENT.

They don’t like temporary paper IDs. I got told mine was odd or basically fake because the representative didn’t like the way it was worded but eventually it was approved after I had to email it to them and have it checked by someone that could tell them it was actually real

Getting approved for the loan was quick and easy.
The only reason I didn't give more stars is that I can't access the customer portal.
After registering a new user account, every time I try to log in it says I currently don't have any active loans which I know I do because I just got a loan through them almost a week ago.

Trying to understand the interest of the loan I was carrying against the interest you are offering became an issue with your representative. He made me feel “stupid” for not blindly accepting the loan….

Everything regarding the loan application process went very well. Our contact at Lending Tree kept me up to date on every step towards my approval. Together with Dept Consolidation Group, Lending Tree's Customer Service was outstanding.

AWFUL.promised me 0% APR for 6 months and then after that APR will be charged. They FORGOT to mention, it is actually no APR for 6 months if I pay my loan off by that 6th month.completely awful.

I have good experience vent real fast and easy not to much hassle in 24 & 48 H. The loan went good.
