Got a call from Lendward. Worked with them 2 years ago to trade my scion. Was informed the dealer is doing a buy back program. Got offered a great deal on my Tacoma and ended up with a Tundra.

I got a leter in the mail. Was hesitant to call the number but happy I did. I knew I should have applied to refinance my car a while ago since I took a 22% rate back when my credit was horrible. Ended up looking at both refinance options and trade options. But went with a new Jeep with low interest rate. Thanks Lendward team the dealer gave me deal I could not pass up on!

You lied on the price and the bank took more money out of my account to pay off my car that I traded in.

We are so happy we responded to the letter we received. We called to check it out, spoke with Johnny and we decided to go with the flow. He sent us to the dealership and I ended up getting a larger car. Which we needed. They even got our rate and payments lower than it was before. I never knew it was possible. Our Son even came in and he bought a nice economic car too the same night. Didn't take long. We jumped on it, and glad we did.

I’m getting suspicious spammy voice mail from this company. I called to see why. Then I’m then dealing with a sarcastic know-it-all guy who clearly shouldn’t be in customer service. He asks my name and then while I’m saying my name, he over talks and says “You’re not going to answer the question, are you? ” Another junkyard dog salesman. Get retrained. Learn how real sales people become successful.

All I'm going to say is if you get one of those letters in the mail from Lenward and you are in need of a car a good car they will help

We signed up with Rex Roberts the President and CEO, for a 10,000 customer PKG, our store is in NM, Rex sent the mailer out into TX, a different city and state claiming our area of 200,000 people did not qualify for their criteria. We have received a total of 16 appointments from a 10,000 mailer. Complete SCAM DO NOT USE! He has done nothing to make this right took our money and ran!

Not very impressed at all. After getting offers left and right for refinancing. I decided to finally go with this company and give them a try. Recieve letter in the mail, saying I have been PRE-APPROVED. Take notes on that. Will use that again later. To get our vehicle monthly payment down and our interest. So after taking the hour and 45 min drive to Wisconsin to talk about refinancing. It just basically ends up being a wasted trip, knocking pointless points off our credit score. After receiving a letter stating we got PRE APPROVED.meaning its approved, done deal. For a lower monthly payment and intrest rates. That was totally false! As when I arrive and talk for 30 min. Just for them to say sorry. We can't get you a lower monthly payment. Huh? I have a pre approved letter right here! Haha, so anyway. If yall get these letters. Take it with a grain of salt. It will most likely be a waste of your time

Uses poor business practices. Lies to potential clients. Caught the sales rep in a outright lie. I do not recommend. Will do anything for the sale.

I have not bought a new car in 18 years and was pleasantly surprised at the general smoothness of the process. Always amazes me what can be done online. Even though we had a few technical bumps, the gentleman who worked with us was patient and informative.

Thanks lendward, got a great deal on a car with one of the best warranties, full of safety features, roomy and very good on gas mileage. Thanks again.

Stop mailing people predatory letters. Lendward uses malicious tactics, making their mail look like W2's so that you'll pay attention and open their spam. It's just an ad.

Terrible dark pattern. Be warned, this company is bad news.
